Douehi spent his entire time at 6 running everyone out of space! Its not that he is a bad footballer, just he has the passing of Mark Gasnier, should play in the same position as him too.

Brooks is a nice lad but he's hit his ceiling.
 
Certainly the effort is there. Just disappointing when we get close and you can’t help feel that we could have won. Realistically our 17 was always going to fall short of their 17 and honestly St George did not play that well and there was very little in the game. Once again we fell short in a few positions with no real contributions from our centres, hooker and dummy half. Also Toa tried hard but is not an NRL fullback.
Our A is still really pedestrian at times with way too many receivers forced to run one out due to a lack of work off the ball by support players. There is no movement or momentum in our attack. It’s way too easy to pick us off in gang tackles because we ask few questions and don’t force opponents to make decisions. We look tired in attack actually.
Still, if we completed our sets better today and made less mistakes we would have won that game.

For me this game is on Hastings. He runs the team and took the wrong options, especially going to Gildarts side In the first half . He should spend less time at dummy half and more at first receiver and give him a bit more time to think about where we need to go.
