It seems to me....even though we will have Our shiny new C of E up and running within 12 months....Wests Tigers are actually falling behind Penrith, Parra and South's in promoting Our Club.

Yeah I did see it, I've seen it a few times, most recently last year and it still looked terrible. I have seen country Rugby League teams with better setups.
