I honestly don't see what is wrong with splitting games, especially when we have a geographically diverse fan base.

Tell me why a club would have 3 venues in one city?

If you look at my past posts you will see I have said a few times we don’t stand for anything. That’s why it’s so hard to build a culture, because nobody knows what to draw on. Hate to sound like a broken record but............1 home ground would be a big start.

We don't need to build anything. Culture stems from history, and we have two glorious histories married into one. We have the richest history and culture of any club.

Playing at one ground in Parramatta, Liverpool, Homebush or Moore Park will not add one drop of 'culture' to what we have playing in Campbelltown and Leichhardt.

In fact I'd go further. There's more to our culture in playing at both Leichhardt and Campbelltown, than there will ever be in us shifting to another ground for the sake of having one stadium.

A curse on Parramatta, a pox on Liverpool, a hex on Homebush. And an uppercut to anyone who says we need to choose between Campbelltown and Leichhardt.

No need to choose between either of them, I love Leichhardt but both grounds are fast becoming outdated.

Then upgrade them both .
Brookvale is about to receive a multi million dollar upgrade .

A multimillion dollar upgrade is lipstick on a pig. Need well in excess of $100m

If we go to one venue the logical answer is ANZ imo

I think eliminating the low drawing games is beyond the imagination of some NRL fans and clubs. Drawing bigger crowds seems a step too far that holds the crap clubs back.

Pick 1 home jersey for eternity change the away every couple of years as well as the special round jumpers every odd year which allows for merchandise change..

You then get an identity...all clubs take home games to different venues throughout a year ...Stormplayed 1 game in Melbourne this year won a comp .. the ground had zero to do with it

We under Sheens were the team which threw the ball around. Sure we didn't win every game but we had our style of football. Other fans knew and respected WTs for it. WTs had the capacity to bring through young, fast and exciting players into the NRL. Time to get back to what we do best.

I don't know how everyone became a football fan but to me football is tribal loyalty and territorial - you take your people out of their heartland and then they don't associate with their new place. I know so many people who simply stopped supporting league when we mergedf because they lost their link with the game and their tribe. I managed to talk a few around eventually but their heart isn't really in it like ti used to be.

I'll go to a big ground for a big game - you need them. But most of them are the worst place to watch football and I refuse to go for a club game. Governments only want us to move to those larger venues to maximise return for them.

I didn't include the SFS, SCG, or ANZ because semi-final stats would boost their averages - as much as I can I picked 'suburban' grounds as these are possibly truer stats - once again, I can't sort the stats as I would like so they may be distorted.
