What Car do you Drive..?

Got a few..
Mitsu Triton that's mainly for the snow. An older Suby Outback that's a loan car for the business, that's also used for the snow. A VX Clubby that I take out once a month. And the GM (wife) drives a Kia Cerato

Own a few lol, but my favourite is my BA xr6 turbo. Dream car would have to be phase iii xy gtho

Beautiful car
The price for originals is astronomical nowadays
Even a good replica would be nice 🙂

Yeah its crazy, my dad built a replica from just a shell when he was around my age. Still the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever laid eyes on

Agree the Barra is hard to beat. Pity we couldn't export them because the engine is now famous up there with the 2jz.

Next project will have one.

Great engine. I’ve got a bf motor so
Same as the typhoons had and im pushing near 600hp with very little internal work done

Work car is a Camry

And this was bought for me a couple of years ago as a Fathers Day present! One of the last ones too

Mrs has a Mercedes C-class and I'm cruising around in a Ford Focus Sport...my lease is up on that though and I'll be cruising around in a Skoda Octavia RS245 in a couple of weeks time.

Love Skoda .... had one in Europe couple of years back. Nice reliable comfortable, roomy car for a longish road trip.

Due for an update in July. Getting another Camry but I'll get it with the 3.5L Aurion motor. The optioned models are good value for what you get and now they have power to match.

Next car will either be MU-X or a Kluger

Loved the CX 9 but Mrs feels claustrophobic in it

Have 2 kids growing bigger than the Roosters salary cap and size wise they are probably best

Got the 01AU2 XR8 back on the road recently. Put some restored tickford 18inch speedline wheels on and a custom twin 2.25 inch stainless exhaust with a couple high flow cats and magnaflow straight through mufflers.

Manual with a little efi 302 windsor does sound great and with the IRS it does feel great to drive just lacks after 3rd.

Paint correction next for it. Sorry about the Manly toolbox.

'03 NP Pajero. Love the Mitsubishi reliability.
Dream Car would have to be a 1958 Corvette https://images.app.goo.gl/zH3Cj25XGPYZMaB77

Pretty sure the Aurion has more power than XR6 and compatible Commodore. They are nice cars by the looks.

Yeah I think they are 235kW from memory. Pretty sure they are still front wheel drive but.

My last 2 cars have been FWD. Don't notice the difference from RWD really. Always a little more cautious cornering on a wet road in a FWD though.

Yeah went from a commodore ute to Camry's. Got a rude shock the first time I cornered a high speed road in one.

I purchased a Honda Integra DC5 2006 for my son last week from WA with low klms. The link is to a funny review of a similar done by the Sicklad. The car is for my son who has his L plates and owning an iconic car is one of his passions. This model will no doubt become far more sought after than it already is in the future.

Surprisingly, buying the car in WA and shipping it back to NSW has gone smoothly. I found an inspector, Todd Starkie, to undertake a pre-purchase inspection in Perth. Here is the link to his business. Shipping the car to Sydney cost just over $700,00,

Tell the young bloke not to rice it out ...
If the car is stock , keep it stock !
Enjoy ?

Thanks. He is very excited about the car which will arrive in 2 weeks time. This car gives him an interest to pursue as he is ill and does not go to school now. This morning he purchased Koni Yellow Sports shocks (will have to be adjusted for maximum comfort) and Eibach Springs from Moonlight Racing.

I’m the exact opposite. Never had a problem cornering with FWD in the wet. Spun out a couple of times with RWD. I much prefer a FWD.

Upgraded shocks & Springs are fine ...
You still get the stance and the comfort

Coilovers are garbage unless you own a racetrack
