1. Make players' salaries public.
2. Force every NRL organisation (including the NRL themselves) to publicly document every staff member, stating their name and job description. If a person is on the payroll, it should be public knowledge. Board members, chair people, etc. should all be known.
3. Clean up the player-manager system. Managers are running and ruining the game.

Geez, to find out Greenberg was complicit in unethical conduct would make my day, week, year and life!!!!!
