I marinated a dozen chicken drumsticks overnight. 6 in a garlic, brown sugar, spicy-red, worcestershire, oyster and soy sauces the other 6 in a garlic , lemon juice & zest , olive oil , paprika, cracked pepper and oregano.
I served the roated drumsticks with roasted half chat potatos , honey ginger julliened carrots, corn on the cob and green beans and peas cooked with a drizzle of olive oil and garlic/herb sprinkle. Right now i have cooking in the oven….DESSERT...an Apple & peach pie with short crust pastry ( with crushed cornflakes added to the dough......see how that goes !! 😛ray: ) and i will serve that with creme fresh.
