Maybe the 1st thing Potter needs to fix is how we train at the West tigers it seems that foot and toe injuries have become second nature. Maybe he needs to look at what the cause is and remove that drill or what ever is causing this to happen. Surley someone has to take tha blame for this two years in a row, i would like answers as a supporter.

No big deal. Toe injuries just happen, they flex the wrong way, ligaments get strained or torn and 99% of the time it is a fluke accident

Are they truly accidents? What precautions are actually being taken?

For starters, no more red wine and red meat. If not, we will have a gout epidemic in the squad. Very difficult to eradicate and painful for joints, particularly in the feet.

Hard to tell if you're being serious or not, but I'm with Smeg on this one. Injuries happen at training too…The Dragons lost Chase Stanley for the season again with another knee reco and Paul Gallen has had a few issues this off-season. It happens unfortunately.

I'd like to see the wests tigers pledge 100,000 to toe injury research. I would also like to see a section of the gym cordoned off specifically for toe training equipment. Hopefully the gym will still get moved around now that potter is coach.

I never realised foot injuries can be so troublesome.

Yeah, neighbour has been carrying a foot injury for nearly 20 years, when it gets real bad he go's to a Doc.,gets referred to a specialist etc., and nothing changes. If the small bones in the foot or hand/wrist suffer trauma the injuty can last a lifetime.
