Not even a premiership will win these people over, which would be the ultimate evidence that they place the player above the club.
If we make the finals this yr, I wouldn't be surprised if he was given a 1 yr extension to give the club more time to evaluate what the plan is long term. If that happens, the popcorn will be on stand by.
Is this really true. Speaking for myself I think it is a really poor decision and it shows a lack of integrity however it's not like I'm having a breakdown and I think JT should be shot and quartered.
I think that is too good for him.
In all seriousness I don't even really like Robbie. I just think that this is poorly handled and personal rather than being about what is right for the team.
It is true. I saw someone on another site recently saying anything less than the top 4 and he should be sacked because "anything less is a failure". Strange comment considering we finished 15th last yr, so a top 8 finish this yr by logic would be a resounding success. I took that comment as just someone who obviously hates him that much, it wouldn't matter how far he takes us. Obviously this person sees the 8 within reach and he knows he may have to eat his own words, so in an act of desperation had to the raise the bar for Taylor even higher.
I suppose some people think like that. At the same time the hatred towards Robbie is pretty over the top. Some of the stuff posted about Robbie is completely irrational.
Like what ??
Could say the same about Taylor
Taylor has a 3 year plan and if the club continues to move forward he deserves his third season
If we lost 4-5 of our last 7 that could change , but barring injuries I can't see that happening
Just a pity we lost that Dogs game
