Why does WT struggle with membership numbers?

**Because we have 32 home grounds 1 hour apart!**

im a member, i join up as soon as the previous season finishes, but I live in the Manly area (mona vale) , i do hate manly with a passion don't worry, but i do get jealous of the local fans walking to their home game every second week esp when its a small loved ground like leichhardt is to us.

exactly.. if they had 6 games at leichardt and 6 at campbelltown… we'd have 20,000 members... its that simple.

Agree 100% - put some money in to Leichhardt and Campbelltown to bring them up to scratch as 20k boutique stadiums and sell them out to memebrs only - stuff the other teams supporters - i would rather see 2o k Tigers fans baying for opposition blood than 10k other fans at the SFS - why do you think one team cities are so successful.

There should be only one standard package available to all true supporters. You pay your yearly fee and your a member. No hats or key rings just membership. Lots of people claim loyalty to their club but want the world in return. That's not loyal. For this reason alone I am not a member. I show my loyalty by only going to our home games so only the WT can benefit from my dollars. Never to the away games, never a cent to the others.

Found out today that you cant get a fixed sfs seating + general entry LO or CSS package. Disappointing for some fans who want a mix of fixed seats and hill seating at suburban grounds.

Even if there were that option you wouldn't be able to get it as reserved seating was sold out a few weeks ago for LO & CSS

Yes you can… You buy a 'reserved seat' Membership and choose to stand/sit where ever you like at LO or CSS.

Respectfully Disagree.

The only games I tend to go to with my wife and 4 cubs are SFS games, We tend to get there just on time for First grade as its heaps difficult to get 8/5/3/1 year olds to remain interested for more than that.

I Love LO and CO, but I cant get the family in or out in a reasonable time frames. Im not willing to pre purchase games when I dont know what day f the week they will be on.

Fast forward 10 odd years and the Tigers will have 6 (or more) additional members.

If i took that option, why would i waste a reserved spot at lo or css if i want to sit with my mates on the hill?? AND waste a reserved seat at lo/css for someone else!

Just think that they could offer a fixed sfs + general entry lo/css package

West
1st: Tigers with 1618
1st: Bulldogs with 1618
3rd: Eels with 1491
4th: Panthers with 1422

They tend not to update Total Memberships while these battles are happening as the memberships in that period are the focus.

LOL the old true supporter.
You support the club but I reckon people that go to the away games as well as home games could claim to be a true supporter.
As smeg said, support the team/club the best you can…..one game - all games....it makes none of us no better than any other
