He reports to the board which I think is seven and 4 are Ashfield die hards who vote together as a solid voting block .This gives them absolute power and they could keep Pascoe for life if they wished !
The only way to break this iron grip is a change in ownership which only the NRL would have the power to initiate
 
Again, we have a real estate agent, a musician, a painter and a broadcaster. Hardly blokes who know how to run a significant business or would have influential connections.

From the businesses that Dennis, our musician, claims to run, I can see very little content online. Probably small mum-and-pop shell companies. "Burgess bookings" seem to have a facebook page, but that's about it.

Maybe some of them are ok, but from the surface, I'm not seeing it... and the track record backs that up.

After this season of failure and no accountability, I think I’m ready to hit pause on membership. I think I can live with Lee H as Chair but I’ve grown to dislike Pascoe immensely this season. I wrote to him telling him I was at a cross road with membership and that my decision was based on his reply. He didn’t reply. With this week’s coaching circus I’ve decided. I’ll give myself a mental break next year and won’t renew membership until Pascoe is gone. I don’t like to do this given the club relies on memberships to thrive, and I want to be a true fan, but Pascoe's non reply was the final straw. I can’t support the club with Pascoe as CEO. I wrote to Steve Noyce all those years ago and he replied and even called me another time. Pascoe is arrogant and unaccountable. Look how he has hidden from scrutiny since our fortunes dived. He is no leader. Punt him I say for the debacle that has been our lack of success on his watch. Have a go haters if you want but this is my protest.
 
Pascoe has just totally disappeared the last 2 months, it's refreshing but weird for the guy who was throwing training balls around in Brisbane earlier in the year ...I hope he stands down
 
Some quality quotes here from Bandeli. He and his board don’t appoint or terminate the CEO and he won’t quit.
