As long as Godinet isnt there I will be happy.

Yeah I know. If Liddle misses out I'd rather play Taylor at 9\. Godinet is nothing more than a speed bump.

McIllwrick offers much more imo, not sure why Cleary keeps going to Godinet. I'm sure there's a reason but it's hard to see.

Did you watch the trials? The difference was night and day.

I saw one, but not sure trials are the best indicator.. We have 7 games of the season proper to use for reference now so I’d rather do that. Liddle is obviously better than both of them, but I think McIllwrick is a little more solid. I think it was the attempted kick by Godinet into the in goal for a repeat set that ended up in the grandstand.. twice, that sealed the deal.

Im still enjoying listening to my team play, whoever is in/out. I just want them to be able to compete and put in an honest effort. This year has been great for that- other years not so much. We dont get the NRL games up here in Indonesia on sports cable channels and video feeds with highlights are often blocked for some reason, so I rely and enjoy things like the live match updates here. Im just offering my 2 cents worth.

Whatever Cleary does I'll go with. He seems to have a good handle on the squad and knows what he is doing with the players.

Probably gambling advertising Indonesia has a problem with, so its blocked…I may be wrong.
I couldnt access my TAB acct when we were in Singapore recently, both got large muslim population

A worry if Liddles out, i think our biggest issue from last week was getting rolled in the ruck - i feel MM would help tighten this up, hopefully Rowdy back also assists this area.
We also need to focus on our R edge....Im sure we'll see better results reverting to the sliding structure we saw earlier.
Benji really needs to tighten his game up as well.

I would promote Twal to starting prop, move huth back to 13, if Lawrence fit he comes straight back in. Drop sue. Bench: mck, ja, et, Felise.

Tell Marshall to run straight, not overplay his hand and trust his inside men in Defence.

No changes other then lawerence you realise you shatter peoples confidence if you drop people after a game you need to see if nofo adats this week.

Added to that 2out of 3 tries werent his fault

Agreed totally…. Brooks is playing nice and direct this season, looks fitter than ever and dangerous. Like to see Benji not overplay his hand and let Luke run the show.

Spot on Joel. This is the team I would pick if all the injury question marks come through.

Why do Marshall Marsters and Rochow stay after there horrible defensive decisions against the Knights …yet a lot have dropped the winger....?

Hopefully most of the week is all about the defensive structures and getting back to how we won games on that.

Right side defence and middle players take note.

I know Packer is a loss in this regard but 50 missed tackles against the Knights is not a good sign.

I would select Fonua just for his beast like runs and energy he produces….last start the team seemed down so he would supply energy. He would pulverise a player running on his outside not watch him stroll past for a try!

Exactly. I would've loved to see him go one on one with George Jennings in defence and completely smash him and totally expose him. Considering how everybody's been raving about him lately.
