After watching Luani today I would not even consider him ,he struggles at NSW cup level . As for selecting a team will wait a few days as there were a lot of walking wounded.

I think we will have to wait and see where the injury dust settles after a really tough game tonight. So glad it is a nine day break for us until next week.

I have been a supporter of Lawrence, particularly whilst he was copping a pasting from some early in the year, but gee, even allowing for him literally being moved left, right and centre to cover tonight, he was just sad to watch. He can still run a good line, albeit at a slow pace and can put on a good hit if he can get his hands on them, but his decision making has been terrible of late

Injury to others is probably the only reason I would give him a run in firsts this week. Whilst I am sympathetic to his plight, another effort like that of the last couple of games and it is hello Mr Fletcher for mine.

There is absolutely no way that Anasta will be dropped next week after his effort tonight. At this stage of his development Moses would be a big defensive liability at 5/8 against the big Penrith forwards.

Austin did well tonight (though I didn't rate his game as highly as others), but I'd give Nofo a run if he's fit. I know Potter prefers like for like changes (and rightfully so), but rather than give a new fullback just a week to slot in I'd move Nofo back (who has decent prior experience) and bring in the NSW cup combo of Fine and Taukafa.
They might struggle fitting in to the attacking system but at least they'll have some sort of defensive understanding from their games in reggies.

Halatau over Luani at hooker, Austin to spell him or push him to the back row. If Gavet is fit/shows up on time I'd give him a run, if not then Buchanan or even Santi.

After watching all 3 grades there is no way Moses or luani should go anywhere near the 1st grade side however that cherrington kid should be given a go as well as the under 20 five eight cannot remember his name but these 2 blokes have got game

These injuries and SOO and playing against the competition leaders couldn't have come at a worse time
Mania Cherrington is a great player - probably better than Robbie at the same age .i would give him a go at firsts
Jay Hitchcock has been in tremendous form .I would give him a go at fullback .
Aspeli Fine has also been great this year - give him Simona's spot
