Let's not go too far and put them in jail without knowing what they did.

In stating that I wish we hadn't signed this guy now. He sounds like the type of person we don't want at our club.

Surely in a probation period with the tigers contractually.

Yeah a number of things could happen. Technically I don’t think his contract is registered yet. What a pelican.

I was aiming my thoughts at walker!
Apparently his partner was in a pretty bad way.

Also I read that Musgrove ‘s contact with us has not been registered with NRL yet.
So it looks like we’re clear if the club takes a stance to get rid of him.

Let's keep Musgrove, to be fair I couldn't care a less about his acts off the field as long as he performs on the field. One more strike and he's out.

That’s a prime example of what’s wrong with people today.
“Couldn’t care less as long as he performs on the field”.
Seriously you couldn’t care less if a woman is publicly harassed as long as he plays well?
That’s pretty much summed up what’s wrong with the mentality towards winning football games.
I want to see the Tigers become successful and win comps as much as the next bloke, but Not at the expense of people’s well-being.

Next time could be too late.

Nah. I've scratched my no DH policy but I still draw the line at sex offenders and wife beaters. They are scum.

I'm not saying that I don't think he's a dh or what he did wasn't wrong but he looks like a promising forward and I'll give him one more chance because I want to see him do well.

Its not about you and what youd like to see its about the victim.

If he’s exonerated, then yes, he deserves a freash start. You can’t defend it and try to sweep it under the rug if he’s found guilty, just because he has talent. And I say that as someone who was rapt with his signing.

Also, don’t forget, he’s been in trouble for this before. Technically, he’s on his second chance.

Agreed i couldnt care less if he can play well my thoughts are with the victim not the alleged offender

Just proves that you don’t need a long neck and feathers to be a goose.

There is no way in the world that I support women bashers, rapists, kiddie fondlers, etc.
However, to put my thoughts into words will send some of you sideways.
And I can hear the forum howls starting already.
Cleaning up the game is the NRL's job. Not 1 club, not 3 clubs. Every club ! The whole NRL.
If only 1 club takes a stand, they might appease the offended, but they fall behind in the comp.
Otherwise, we end up like the cricket team. The sport suffers, but the hand wringers( most of whom have never seen a cricket bat, ball or game) get their way.
Like Cultured Bogan said . . . scratch the no DH policy, but women and kid abusers are the scum of the earth.
If this guy is a repeat offender, probs get rid of him. But if it's his first offence, and there is hope for mending his head . . . if we don't do it, Brisbane, Roosters, Penrith, Sharks, or dare I say, Souths will gladly rehab him, a la Lodge, et al.

Apparently last year, the whole reason Souths got rid of Musgrove and didn't play him in first grade was because he was charged with domestic violence against his girlfriend.

I cant help but think that the club and Madge already knew of this which makes me wonder why they signed him in the first place.

It happened this week.

Ok then it just seems like bad luck on our behalf.

No it wasn't bad luck for Wests Tigers, He faced court in September 2018 on a similar charge and was lucky to get off with a $1000 fine and a severe warning from the judge. Wests Tigers would have been aware of that September court charge but still went ahead with his signing. Are Wests Tigers really into promoting a good culture?
