I don't know the statement of facts, but it's interesting that it's been reported that Musgrove knows the girl (3 weeks) and his defence is claiming she approached him - and that it's on CCTV. It's not lost on me that Musgrove signed on the 22nd for decent coin & then charged on the 24th while out, probably celebrating.

I'm not presuming innocence nor guilt, but if he's had sexual relations with the young lady and has text messages corroborating his relationship with her, then it could come down to a technicality given his name & livelihood are on the line.

Will be interested to see if he continues to train with the squad & fly out with them to NZ given his contract isn't even registered yet (apparently).
