Thats ridiculous - in effect if that were to happen we would be paying around 1.4million for Thompson.

I have to say i agree with that no way we take on the majority of Brooks contract and the entirety of Thompsons. We are stupid and do dumb things but that doesnt even pass the pub test. I think we would be open to letting Brooks go i think he may have gone had AD not been injured.
In hindsight things wouldnt have been any worse with Madden and Hastings with AD in the mix later on.

If Brooks had a Nanai chasing his kicks you would probably be singing his praises.
I don’t doubt you heard what you heard but it was probably something that came up during a brainstorming session. It’s not a realistic option.

Our current fullback is not very tall and is slower than Brooks.

Just looked it up myself. He was 27 and went on to play SOO and Tests as a hooker.
