Yeah there is so is you poach a player from another code the nrl pay a portion of the contractHe will cost us a fortune, in saying that doesn't the NRL have a poach fund that tips in for other code signings?

I recall reading our recruitment manager had been trying to get Staines since his junior days at Forbes.Absolutely zero change we get May.
He is very close to the Clearys and best mates with half of that team.
Penrith will move Staines on, clear his contract, and give that money to May.
Chricton would be absolutely immense. He would change our whole image.
Staines will def be available.I recall reading our recruitment manager had been trying to get Staines since his junior days at Forbes.
I'd always be interested in Staines, his presence on the field is a threat to the opposition with that pace, If you create room, he is away.Staines will def be available.
We wanted him before as a FB.
If we get Dykes, I am not sure we would be interested anymore?

I hope we don't go for Staines. Yes he has speed but by gee he has some errors in his game & just has that goofy look about him. It's a gut feel but no.Absolutely zero change we get May.

Kepaoa's hands are worse than either of them.Tommy's hands are as bad as Mikaele's. Both struggle to hang onto anything
Nikora’s management contacted all involved clubs that he will remain at Cronulla last night.
Euan Aitken wants 450k a year & the club has moved on from him at this point.
Angus Crichton now a main focus.
Taylan May is the clubs number 1 outside back target for 2023.
Kade Dykes appears all but done for 2023, talks discussed about him being out 30th spot for 2022 continuing
Graham will retire, I heard a few weeks ago he was all set to retire but not sure why it didn’t eventuateThey'd have paid well for Rudolph
Finucane 800
Nikora 650
McIness 500
Graham be on 7-800 Surely...
Big money....
Someone will be squeezed out.
Best brows in the gameDolphins sign Conelly Lemuelu
Nikora is staying at SharksVery good update, thanks POM
Nikora is a solid player, however not that upset we missed out as he was very rocks and diamonds in my eyes …. would’ve much preferred him over Aitken thats for sure but not losing sleep over either
Both Crithcon and May are outstanding targets and would be over the moon if we get either one.
Angus would be the preference (prefer him over Nikora easily), have to go all out for him no brainer - still young and would be the perfect partner to keep Papalili happy
May seems unlikely but at least try make Penrith sweat and not allow them to re-sign him on unders…. if the clearys really cared about him and we offered a good sum more they’d probably advise him to take the money (never know) let’s not forget they sacked his bro and sent him overseas
Dykes is a fantastic acquisition if true, hope we’re still looking at Hopgood
All in all, very happy with how we seem to be handling recruitment with both Madge and Sheens…. seems promising

specialist centre. if AJ can finally get some time in the centres I think he'll prove his worth.Initially was but IMO, this boy is on the the rise
I think with confidence, Asu is growing
Im looking forward to seeing him get better with every game.
He also does the dirty Noffa ball returns. Doesnt mind contact for a skinny guy and i personally appreaciate that
I remember Tim Molzten wouldnt run in to bigger guys and to some extend not put himself in front of them
Bring in Scolari, Jordan Hill or the young Eels' flyer then there is the option to play Kepaoa and Toa in the centres.Initially was but IMO, this boy is on the the rise
