That is good and I appreciate your advice. To explain my point again players are coming to play FOR madge not just normal NRL players ELITE NRL players former premiership winners so why get rid of madge for
By the end of this season Paws I am going to get a compliment for Madge out of you. It is my new medium term goal. 😆I understand the need for corporate confidentiality and no doubt you are well aware a supporter is not privy to that information. I also understand the posts on this forum which attempt to link a player signing with the club to the coach's tenure are divisive and unprofessional. Let the coach's fate be determined by results.
You may not agree with a leader's methods, but you still contribute for the good of the Club. Brooks is a loyal player for WTs and Balmain. His on-field contribution has been outstanding for many years. Its also pretty common knowledge that Liddle , Brooks and Mbye were the leaders of the anti madge system
'If it weren't for the board'.. That could be said for the last 12 years of mediocrity.Don't you agree it was the Board's intervention to place Sheens over Maguire and appoint two new assistants which has had the most profound impact upon the Club? If it weren't for the Board we may still be where we were last year. These decisions were made for the greater good of the Club, not the coach.
Chinese whispers ha ha haWord on the street...
Heard whispers the Liddle fam do not like Madge and have heard from people I would trust that he has slandered Madge.
Bit more speculation around Brooks - but there has been similar rumours, other accusations I won't post publicly.
he doesn't look like skelator at the pressers anymore'If it weren't for the board'.. That could be said for the last 12 years of mediocrity.
Was the board being proactive and getting things more streamlined or were they being reactive and realising that maybe the coach can't coach the football team whilst overlooking the football department to a degree as well as pathways etc.
We honestly don't know how much Madge had on his plate the last two years.
I'm not defending him. He still needs to tick KPis, but I'm curious how much has his workload has decreased so that he can have more time for tactics and team selections.
Just curious is all because at the moment, Madge is starting to look happier. As well as the players.
Yeah well he isn't coming if Crichton's here 🙂i think its your secret wish, not a hunch. Just like mine

As P and C says Peformance reviews are confidential. Where I've worked if word got out about what was said in your performance review, it was generally known you were leaving yourself open to being taken to court.Pleas for confidentiality? 101 where I have worked, including Defence.
There's a reason why so many are over the moon with Jackson Hastings this year. There are lots of organisations where employees do not like one another (actually hate one another) but are considered professionals and are expected to work together for the good of the organisation. This is surprising especially when I watch Brooks who puts in for the team.
yeah me too. Stuff the pedantic rubbish and read the media mate. Its a pretty naive comment to be fairAs P and C says Peformance reviews are confidential. While he has his faults no doubt..not having a crack is not one of Brooks faults..There's a reason why so many are over the moon with Jackson Hastings this year.
As my man @The_Patriot said... he actually turns up, has a crack and does his job with pride.
Something we have not seen from our halfback in years.
Round 26 VS The Bulldogs. While he has his faults no doubt..having a crack is not one of Brooks faults..
What yesterday does highlight no matter how great Hastings was ..he can't do it alone..just as Brooks can't.. something we have know for years..
I posted earlier in the day Hastings tried hard to spark the team yesterday. I respect his effort but he just does not have the pace or spark to get it done. However he brings other valuable qualities to the team. Brooks complements him with his spark, pace, kicking etc. As a combo, they work well together. There's a reason why so many are over the moon with Jackson Hastings this year.

Jackson carries Brooks, yes.I posted earlier in the day Hastings tried hard to spark the team yesterday. I respect his effort but he just does not have the pace or spark to get it done. There were 17 all types of garbage that day.. 1 game is not a sample size..Round 26 VS The Bulldogs.
Say less.
No. Brooks more than holds his own. That's why he is targeted by opposition teams because they know he is one of the few genuine threats WTs possess.Jackson carries Brooks, yes.
Adam will prove to be the piece of the puzzle that makes Jackson's job easier and ignites the team in attack.
