I wonder if all this was revealed during player interviews?

I was thinking the Warriors decision might have played a part but maybe sheens pulled the plug due to the threat of more serious injuries?
He has been rumoured to be playing injured players well before the tigers

I think it's becoming very obvious there was a problem with unfit players being played. Sheens last night hinted at it, and now Noddy emphasising players health.

FFS they have club doctors as a duty of care to look after players - they wouldn't be given a clearance if unfit to play
Sheens played Pat Richards with a broken foot in the GF. if you want to point fingers as head of football if players are not being looked after is a problem he - Sheens - should be held accountable.

First grade rugby league players get "cleared" medically to play while not being 100% fit all the time. It's then up to the club and the coach what approach is appropriate. I think its obvious Sheens has a different approach to this stuff then Madge.

This is interesting. By having the microscope on Madge, he knew his position was tenuous a best. Did he feel forced to have injured players playing to save his job? He kind of felt that desperate times called for desperate measures.

Well, it's probably a combination of everything. Place on the ladder, for and against, playing injured players, 4 years of no improvement and then everyone else dumping coaches. The most damning is playing injured players for mine.

Anyway, Ciraldo, Woofe, Morris would all be good I expect.

However at some stage down the track, I reckon Payten will be here coaching. Not sure how many coaches have won a GF as a player and then one as a coach of the same team.

Nah he has be their friend and give them a participation trophy at the end of every game because that's all they're ever going to win with the weak as piss mentality that the majority of the playing group have.

God forbid they actually do anything to earn their contracts.

It was nice to here Sheens sticking up for the club last night and giving the club a bit of back bone. Can guarantee Sheens has more knowledge and footy nouse then you (wouldn't be hard) was actually impressed with how he handled the media and I have full confidence he will get us success with the route we are taking.

Absolutely. The players will be so happy to have someone who is more than willing to stroke their heads (in addition to their unearned egos) while they sob and sulk after Sheen's ask them to put a little effort into training.
