Another 10 if Nathan can last.
He won’t leave the Panthers for a long time.
Maybe move into a GM role?
Matt Cameron is there can't move him on.

You can create your own legend, however, if you can turn the Tigers into contenders. This club is a career killer. Coach it at your own peril.
You'll have to point out to me who these young Bulldogs top talents are getting a run?Lets be serious why would CC choose us over the Bulldogs.
The roster will be an easier start in his NRL coaching career if he goes to the Bulldogs, they have a better roster than us & it gets stronger next year.
The bulldogs have a coach killer history as much as we have but the roster and that they have some young talent already getting a run I just don’t see it happening for us.
The only reasons he picks us is cash/length of deal or he is real serious about trying to forge a dynasty through pathways & can mould the team 90% of his own and quickly as he won’t inherit a roster someone else has pulled together.
Ok then, Lee needs to be respectfully quiet.I thought that he was the Chairman and puts his hard earned into the club. Many would have baled by now.
Show some respect.
Why does this occur though?I will tell you all what the problem is...its not the coach, assistant coaches.rehab or the whole footy dept...
Its when players come here with great expectations such as J.Rey,Packer,Mbye and co..many over the years...
They fall into the lax attitude of "we dont have to give it our all.we will get paid either way"...
AND THATS THE ATTITUDE WE HAVE HAD SINCE 2011...no one from the board has addressed it,but when we are doing well in membership drive and hat sales, their the first to get in front of the camera and sell themselves as the key to our success..
When the results arent on the board they shift the blame and sack the coach..
How many coaches have we had since 2011...
There in lies the problem and Lee said it best "we all have our roles to play so that we are a success"...
Unless it makes their role look bad...
Cheers ...end of opinion....
While I have no objection to Flanagan, realistically his appointment as coach would not fit the image of a development club we are now pursuing. I am sure our sponsors would have concerns and no doubt the parents of young players we are attempting to sign. As for Gould's comments, he's probably read the tea leaves and the COE is a mighty symbol of the re-growth of WTs. The prospect of a second at UWS would fill him with foreboding about the Dogs.Think Flanagan would do a job here, wouldn't stress on Ciraldo. The tigers are like buying a Shar Pei, not recommended for first time dog owners.
Comes back to the recruitment, when do Wests Tigers meet with someone of note and then say, “nah I didn’t get the right vibes”Why does this occur though?
Who's job is it to keep these guys hungry?
We have blokes at my work that if we don't keep on their tails...they will slacken off.... Someone has to keep they players driven and hungry... They say coaches don't coach much these days they're more man managers... The players obviously cannot keep the hunger and desire going all season long themselves without some external input... Something is.missing here that allows guys like Leilua tto play like he did the
other day... Disgusting
when was the last time we had a recruitment win,
This might mean paying big bucks, so be it. Break the bank.
Let's all be honest in here no jokes do you honestly believe it will only take 5 Years ? At least 7 years if we pick and stick with the best 17/18 kids and they don't leave at 25 they should be ready

Averillo, that new winger... Schoupp. That's it?
The only positive thing Bulldogs have done roster-wise in about 3 years is buy Burton and supply him the fastest winger in the comp to kick to. The rest of their roster is as custard as anything Tigers have dished up, BUT at least Tigers have already established the framework of the next batch of new first-graders.
Personally, I see negative comparisons to the Bulldogs as being over-compensation from embarrassed Tigers fans. Dogs would have had 2 wooden spoons consecutive if not for the complete implosion of the Broncos in the first COVID year. An over-bearing arrogant Head of Operations (Gus; Sheens may well be our equivalent), a more recent history of board in-fighting, and a slew of bad coaching outcomes.
By all rights we are at least equal with Bulldogs in "badness", if not slightly ahead based on a few small items like recent ladder position, the Centre of Excellence, membership numbers etc.
This is nothing but Gus pretty much admitting that CC won’t be coming to the bulldogs. This is also his second shot at trying to sabotage our bid for him. If I was Lee I would speak about this and maybe put him in his place.
Sheens said he would like a new coach in place in 4-8 weeks to start recruiting.I heard on the radio that Kimmorley has the next 12 rounds to prove his credentials and in an interview he was backing himself. Wouldn’t that make this discussion all moot until after the season?
Api and Papalli.
Proof will be in the puddingYep signed a lot of good juniors too by the sound of it
I have a legitimate question that im curious about people's opinions on.
I was a madge fan but I am not against the change for the reasons they are suggesting. However, we have tried changing just one person (head coach) a fair few times now to little effect.
Is just madge leaving Enough?
To me if we are going to change it needs to be holistic with new ideas from top-down. IMO 1 bloke isnt going to do very little to fix our problems.
