Agree and he doesn't even come across confident in Press Conferences. He is useless , and that’s been kind
From the DT:
TIGERS PLAN ANOTHER PANTHERS RAID
Wests Tigers are expected to make a play for Penrith’s Charlie Staines. Staines has been on the outer at the Panthers having lost his first grade squad to impressive youngster Taylan May. A natural fullback, he has only played one of his 32 top grade games at the back.
The Tigers view him as a potential long-term fullback option with Staines still having a year to run on his contract. He impressed on his Test debut for Samoa playing at fullback.
Despite falling out of the top side, Staines said he remained committed to the Panthers.
“That’s footy, I’m getting a run in (NSW) Cup,” Staines said. “I’m still loving footy. I’m trying to play my best footy.
“I’m very happy at Penrith. I’m contracted there until the end of next year but I’m happy at the moment. Whatever happens, happens.”
Yet we apparently didn't want him a couple of weeks ago when he shopped himself to us? These journalists are purely guessing. When we get our new coach, we will know soon after. From the DT:

More likely to sign Royce Simmons.Big fan of Royce, would be stoked if WT managed to sign him.
Nothing could make me support Parra. In the event of a Parra-Panther GF, I’d watch the game wearing an Ivan mask.I hate Eels but might have to cheer them on to the final just to ruin that plan.. 😉
It’s harder than you think. There’s a lot ins, a lot of outs, a lot of what have you’s.If we lose tummeth I’ll be fumming. we have let go 3 half decent second row options because we apparently have a good jrs comming through in that position he is clearly 1 of them get the deal done for Christ sake
Heard a rumour today that apparently we are looking at Wade Graham.
Yea, throwing darts. That's what NRL jurnos do best. I wouldn't be ruling out Dykes as a potential signing especially if Morris is WT new coach.Yet we apparently didn't want him a couple of weeks ago when he shopped himself to us? Have a look 2 posts above yours. I think you’ll find that’s not true.DCE is slow ? He would give AD and Hastings a 10m start over 100 and still beat them!
I didn’t know he could coachHeard a rumour today that apparently we are looking at Wade Graham.
Yeah if we get Morris, you would think a few Sharks players who had a bit to do with him are a chance. Potentially a few Bunnies players in their ranks at the moment too.Yea, throwing darts. This is a complete fabrication by the DT so when he doesn’t sign with us they can beat us up as having lost another signing….From the DT:

Nice guy on and off the pitch. 😂Pity he can't play.
Best centre in the squadNice guy on and off the pitch. 😂
Unfortunately it hasn’t stopped us beforeUnfortunately Graham is busted
So how much does your Tigers front office job pay? Do you get free fan days with Pascoe as a perk? 🙂 🙂I disagree with this and have no idea how people cannot comprehend that the club's positive commercial sector confirms the strategic management is sound or adequate.
Rectifying poor media perception, decision making with recruitment & retention and onfield results doesn't actually (usually) fall within the scope of their (the front office) duties but probably highlights that we've lacked a key figure in our governance systems to help deliver all administrative objectives.
Someone capable of bringing all divisions together and assessing, controlling or influencing day to day operations to provide direction.
The fact the only variables/imperatives which have negatively impacted the club relate only to the team - sacked coaches, unable to compete - and it's lasted beyond a decade really demonstrates we've not had sufficient performance management - with our footy operations.
I'd say financial management has taken precedence over the main objective as there's been no one at the club to drive the right change or simply enhance performance on all levels.
But no don't believe we're bad with our governance just performance management.
Hopefully Sheens is the missing piece of the puzzle.
