Madge should have stayed this year, but one thing I don’t miss was his sides lack of resilience.

Laurie or Thommo would let a high ball bounce awkwardly and that would sap the daylights of our confidence and you knew we were goners.

And I bet my life he spent months and years trying to belt resilience into their heads, but it went in one ear and out the other.

As NZ coach he’s done well hasn’t he?

In this day and age, Ponga should have just said they were having a cuddle and that would have saved his reputation.

I’m not being homophobic, I really don’t care what people are lawfully into.

In hindsight yes, but I’d like to know his side of the story.

Which players he wanted we rejected.

Despite Lees assurances, I am sure he only signed off on some players out of desperation or he felt obliged.

I liken us to Wiley Coyote, we have run off the cliff, trying to run on air, reaching out for the spoon.

As soon as the road runner hands us the spoon, down we go!

Talking about the footy as they roll out our footy casket, well, some denial seems appropriate atm.

At least understandable psychologically.

Just saw the club is following former Wests Tiger Jy Hitchcox on Instagram. Odd, given the club only follows contracted players, players who've departed recently ( like Luciano) some staff, club legends, few TV personalities and other club accounts. Jy currently plays for the Leigh Centurions in the UK Championship. 🤔
