Lee is no better or worse than anyone else here.Well he is the principle of a Law firm. So he is highly successful. So he is better at his job if you look at career success than more than likely every poster on here and it wouldn't be close. If I'm batting at an average of 40 Lee is averaging 100.
I don't think his talking has helped the club but I also don't think it has hindered it.
In this specific instance he should talk to Sheens. He is the chairman of the board and that was a debacle that Sheens oversaw. I think it would be considered completely incompetent not to speak to the boss of football operations in this instance.
We’ve actually got a lot worse under his stewardship.
Hes actually taken us to the spoon which is the worst possible outcome for an nrl club.
He’s been Tim’s biggest cheerleader and helped engineer the signing of the most inexperienced coach in the history of the game as head nrl coach..in a few years.
I think he should hold himself to account and step aside. He can stay on the board sure.
If he cares about the club, he can still fund and support us like everyone else.
He just needs to take some ownership of the current circumstance.
What he said was that he would stay on as chairman of the board until he felt like he “ could not make a contribution.”
I’ve had enough of his “ contribution”, no offence, he may mean well, but for the clubs sake, he needs to go.
