We actually had Laurie, Stefano, Hastings, and Doueihi out for a big a lot of the games at the start of the season. Madge was sacked just as Laurie and Doueihi were returning.

Would have been OK if we had Ciraldo or someone coming straight in but noddy got the keys.
You have to laugh otherwise Ur learning to fly with Demps' cousins🤣
Yet to see that Sheens has had any impact on recruitment, or even retention of the few that we have got.

It’s not right to blame Madge for how poorly the club is run, or any other individual for that matter.
If the club is to succeed it won’t be the doing of one person alone. Leave the super hero stuff to Disney.

So far Sheens impact seems to be very negative especially if compared to Madge who in the last few years had got Hastings Joffa Api and Paps to the club,certainly he also got duds like Gildart and Musgrove but nobody could ever doubt the effort he was putting in to improve the club

This is the team that Madge built over four years at the helm, where he lead the Tigers further down the table each year until we finally hit rock bottom.
And Cleary before him who did he recruit to WTs that improved our position and made us a desirable club? You can pick your target but neither made an impression on WTs ability to attract or retain talent.

That said, whoever made the decision to extend Maguire prior to 2022 when demise was already obvious, should have been long gone as well.

Add that those calling for Maguires sacking did so on the back of his results. Now there is a lot of "its his squad". This squad is reflective of what this club is able to attract - and until that changes we will set all coaches up to fail.

Yes - now that was a head scratcher. That didn't help anyone, including Madge.
Sorry Kitten,Madge inherited Clearys dregs,you know Packer Matalino,Reynolds Mbye etc...he started clearing the trash and getting younger talented guys,but has been punted before he could see the work progress....but yeah,stick to the Madge squad for 4 years if it helps mate...
