Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

See ya Musgrove. Half the breaks through our middle were due to his piss poor efforts and would only run hard when he could make easy metres from kick-offs. We'd get much better value out of someone like Fifita in limited minutes for a year or maybe we can actually sign someone in their prime and runs with aggression like Lodge.

As for Moses, he's a deceptive little parasite but there's no denying his improvement and standing in the game now. It's extremely unlikely but if we could snare 1 of Moses, Brown or Munster, it could be the catalyst for change in a team and organisation that is rank with bludgers and overpaid, ineffective players.

Are Fifita and Lodge still besties? might come as a package

All Fairness taken into account.... Already.
They're not going to teach themselves to play Footy!!
Surrounding them with 'Real Nice" older fellas won't help either...
If you don't want to listen to me, I point you to the Wests Tigers Results from Seasons 2012-2015

The best juniors going - some generational players even...
Simona, Sironen, Tedesco, Woods, Brooks, Moses... A heap of U20's best team.

Summary = Surround the best kids you can find with nothing and no-ones all you like
but that's exactly what we'll all end up with.
None of the other successful teams are doing it this way - Bar Penrith (Arguably)
Outside that, how has it ever worked?
Cowboys? Sharks? Bunnies? The only club that isn’t over doing it is Parramatta.
They basically went out and bought their best 5 players in their side and brought the rest through on shrewd deals and some rookie promotion

i would say the sharks and the cowboys have been following the Penrith path for the previous season or two wouldn’t you. Raiders will be next to hit top 4 based on their senior roster and junior talent coming through.
