I know there will be a lot bagging Kepoa but he has played multiple different spots. His best is as our utility on the bench I feel. Can play anywhere and he really is having an impact. He is one of the bright lights so far this year and will only get better. As for outside backs I’d have to ask now why we let Ken go. Seem to be one short and with all the injuries we will need someone to cover. Shattered about Naden - I thought he was showing promise

Agree with claws. And I only had one beer.

1st 20 mins was same old same old. But combinations and belief grew as the game went on. People hitting the hall at speed. Halves started delivering for outside backs for the first time this year (or last year). Players backed up. I’m not used to this.

Sure it wasn’t anywhere near as good as cronulla. And yes the roster has to change at seasons end. but that performance was something to build on.

Douehi had his best few minutes. Knew the shirt kick was coming and stepped up and showed desperation. Nailed the goal before that and also an inch perfect kick for a repeat set. Just looks like a few bright spots and then bang - injury. Really feel for him. He will be in a dark place if confirmed 3rd ACL
 
First time in a long time I haven’t felt so crap after a game. We actually had a dig, I’d bring Laurie into the halves next week and put asu into the centres for naden…. We need to keep the team together to build… changing it so erratically every week doesn’t help anyone.
 
Eels have some problems without Moses they would have lost
I predicted before game their centers were weak but ours are too

Besides last week I’ve been happy with the effort in every game, especially today. We just need people who can convert attack into points. It’s an unusual problem as I can’t recall having a team that can control the middle like this team but can’t score a point. Parra weren’t good today which helped us score points but we should have put another 20 on them with our possession and field position

I don't doubt the effort from most of them, and I totally agree - if we had proper halves we win some if not all of those games. Without a doubt.
 
Parra were poor no doubting that, hard to say it but Moses was the difference. Positive sign was we had a crack Staines bar the drop out mistake was good Toupu looks a find Brooks was even ok. Pity Naden is probably gone for a while he looked a handful and Toa wasnt bad either.
 
Agree with most comments here , a lot of positives.As Gus Gould said we are building from the ground up. Cant expect everyone to gel immediately. We got a small glipse of what the Tigers are going to deliver in the future . It wont be quick but WE ARE BUILDING!
 
Toupu was great. Feel we need more carry’s from our back 5 though. I’d be interested to hear how Nofo has taken being dropped? At his best we could have a really damaging set of wingers. Toupu has shown him how to do it - straight and hard
