So Flegg team got the spoon?

Cant believe it … considering catchment area 👎
Yes shambolic!

Jeez I hope over the off-season that Benji can nail down the baseline WT attack & defence systems he wants through the club from NRL to Matts. And gets the coaching structure that he wants and the club needs.

Then next season work out a progression plan for key pathways players and creating stability in squads & positions at Flegg & Cup level.

Whilst the powers that be see Flegg & Cup as a means to an end, we need our players to experience 'winning' teams to build a culture of success!

Pathways is the answer ! Mmm….really.
I’ve got a bad feeling a lot of theses kids are overrated and so many involved with the club really don’t know what makes a good player.
I can remember a few years ago Talau was the next big thing, he’s this , he’s that, he’s a star, get him into first grade. Seems like a bit of history repeating itself with the Matamuas, Feledys etc. Big wraps but no substance.
Lots of work required from the top to the bottom of our fractured club.

Flegg really isn't about winning in fact nothing under nrl level is about winning. I'd rather develop 1 or 2 stars and never win a game then win a under 21 premiership and no nrl players. Also if we look at eligible flegg players who have played nrl this year they have played very little Jersey Flegg - Bula, Tupou, Pole, Feledy, Kit, DeSilva, Tumeth all played very limited Flegg this year.

Can add Simpkin onto the list also.
People forget how young that kid is.

I don’t care about winning the comp but we shouldn’t be coming last.

I'd have to question that bb. Surely all footballers must have a competitive urge at whatever level you're playing at above about U8's. It would be a judgement criteria for the coaches.
Every game is about utilising your skills to defeat the other side, if you are underskilled you practice until you master them,

Utility back Kienan Power-Tempest has left the tigers, deciding to move to a Queensland club.
