Anyone to really keep an eye from this squad mate ?Current extended squad (exlcuding NRL/sg ball players:
Adam Mehrez, Brenden Naicori, Cale Edmed, Elijah Pettit-Young, Fangavalu Hammond, Flynn Pickering, Jai Langlands Doi, John Ibrahim, John Tuipolotu, Jonas Cook, Joseph Delle, Joseph Isaac, Joseph Jabar, Joshua Coinakis, Junior Taungatua, Kobie Wilson, Lachlan Broederlow, Ma’u Fonua Fotu, Matthew Curl, Naati Teaupa, Ofele Lene, Oliver Lawry, Te Umuariki Heremia Tukere, Tristyn Ball, Tutonu-Junior Wright, Wade Zreika, Will Malloy , Zakariya Agbere, Zakauri Clarke
Oliver Lawry until he was injured last year demonstrated great talent and is a 5/8 with good size. He is a NZer I think from Christchurch which is a bit of a rarity. Hopefully he has a good year in 24.Anyone to really keep an eye from this squad mate ?
Ahh sweet cheers brother I'll keep an eye out for him 🥃Oliver Lawry until he was injured last year demonstrated great talent and is a 5/8 with good size. He is a NZer I think from Christchurch which is a bit of a rarity. Hopefully he has a good year in 24.
Is this the team you think will be playing on saturday or round 1?With the lack of team squad info out of the club to this point for Saturday's Jersey Flegg trial, I'm going to attempt our top 13 based on the summer squad (without having any intel on injuries or selections).
Hopefully the club does release the squad in next day or so.

Yeah was having a crack at Saturday's trial team with the disclaimer that no age-eligible NRL, T&T & Dev players won't be playing in this. Obviously will be a lot different come round 2.Is this the team you think will be playing on saturday or round 1?
I would be shocked if our team for Saturday is that weak.
We do not appear to be all that strong in this age group. Would anticipate quite a few of the more highly regarded SG Ball aged players will join the squad once their season finishes. With the lack of team squad info out of the club to this point for Saturday's Jersey Flegg trial, I'm going to attempt our top 13 based on the summer squad (without having any intel on injuries or selections).

Be great to see Large & Makasini in Flegg after their junior rep commitments. I think it needs NRL or NSWRL approval to play above their age group. We do not appear to be all that strong in this age group. I wonder if there are any plans to step a couple of our younger talented Harold Matthews aged players such as Onitoni Large and Heamasi Makasini up to this age group once their season is completed ?
They may be obligated to play rugby for their private schools?
Can I challenge you to put together our strongest Flegg age side for this year. Not considering coaching selections etc.Be great to see Large & Makasini in Flegg after their junior rep commitments. I think it needs NRL or NSWRL approval to play above their age group.
As in including players like Samuela Fainu, Galvin etc. who will play NRL/NSW Cup?Can I challenge you to put together our strongest Flegg age side for this year. Not considering coaching selections etc.
Are Tumeth and Matuma for instance still eligible for Flegg if we were to stack the team?
Yes ideally. As in including players like Samuela Fainu, Galvin etc. who will play NRL/NSW Cup?
This is just Flegg-aged players, so aged 21 or younger in 2024.Yes ideally.

I'm a traditionalist in that I always like the lock after the halfback. Bring back the days when lock was number 8 and so on hahaBWG. Any chance of numbering your sides from 1 to 13 in numerical sequence.
I find it easier to follow. Is it just me?
Interesting.Very similar hahaha.
We tried playing ring-ins and part-timers in NSW Cup last year and I didn't like it.Interesting.
Not too many of them would be playing NRL.
In both of your opinions; would we be better off keeping that side together for a season of Flegg and play ring ins and part timers in Cup or should the majority of that side play up a grade?
