Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

Not sure if injured but had a look at him
2023 Dragons player of the year
Signed till end 2026
Apparently $ 600 k per year
116 kg
Not sure we would be swapping Klemmer for him as it’s about the same bat some coin , plus Lowrie has this year and next year on $ 600 not sure we are offering him extra year he’s 28
Dragons website has him at 106kg and if still fat to get him fit would take him under a 100kg, not enough size for mine Klemmer is at 109kg a replacement considering we need another impact middle we would need to be same weight or bigger, just my thoughts.

All the criticism of Blake Lawrie seems ridiculous - has played over 20 nrl games every year for the last 5 years and was dragons player of the year in 2023.

Would be a good addition to our front row stocks given with Klemmer out we are 1 injury away from having rookie props in 1st grade

Lawrie was awesome a few years ago ,totally on the nose now with St G management and supporters, We have a few of options and time on our hands to diddle Klemmer out of his dodgy deal that just doesn't work well for the club anymore

Reckon theres about 10 kgs of muffin top!Bit like myself..but Im more match hardened from being on this forum..!
Take that off,and hes an average sized half back!
Nah..Klemmer,whilst no world beater...is better
And we need to be looking at improving our roster rather than filling it with KOE players
Step backwards

Unless the player has expressed his concerns to the Coach
(Were the whispers last year that Bateman wasn't alone and it was also Klemmer)
and it has been decided that coach knows best - Worked for John.
I'm sure I posted during last year .that Bateman wasn't happy .no one took it seriously.

28 is not old for a prop , he’s a big meter prop

Blake Lawrie...

COME ON DOWN!

Seriously if we are not keeping Klemmer I am happy to swap for anyone worthwhile.
The only person I would exclude is Molo, he is likely playing games or maybe suffering from an actual psychological issue... Both are dragons problems to solve.

Think people are missing the point - molo klemmer lawrie wont be any kind of a swap , its about freeing up the WT's cap ,not St Gs

i follow the path of the great 1
I follow the path of the "Ignore" function.
Dear Mother of God, the relief and normality when you don't have to endure annoying, abrasive, parrot like and senseless comments is a welcome change.
It's been near on 6 months, and I can safely say that I haven't missed a thing.
You won't know the overwhelming calm, until you try.
