Same as nicol, yet different result! Our guy goes fir HIAthere guy plays on helps win the game! Junior ref and showed, out of depth!

don’t agree, thought we handled them well. Just poor ref display thousand 6 to gos for them f all for us. Plus guys taking dives for head knocks, then miraculously 2 seconds later pushing through the gap!
Look we lost by 2 with a poor refereeing display. With 5 guys going off injured.

People having a go at Luai and Galvin, how about looking at the other players first? Luai put a good kick in then Faataape booted it into the stands. Galvin put that chip over the top and Turuva and Toa messed it up. It's not their job to tell Starford Toa to stop having a nap when the game is on the line. He's playing first grade, he should be better.

Of course we have a centre spot open now Olam is retired and our backrow stocks are thin but Fainu went off injured when our bench was already to halves/hookers with the Douehi injury. It's an unusual situation we couldn't do much about.

It was a mighty effort tonight. I agree with the injuries however our lack of depth centre, backrow was obvious at the start of the season. We have 3 spots available and significant room.

Rome wasn't built in a day and we need the right players. That said we need to target some back rowers x 2 and at least one centre. Douihei, Toa, Naden, Faatape is a questionable line up of centres. Fainu and Seyfarth is not enough on the edge.

Compare these positions with the Dogs. Kikau, Toupinua, Preston, Salmon, Hayes, Xerri, Crichton, Tuala, Kiraz.

I like our team a few additions and we are really a competitive roster against the top sides.
 
I’d like to know how we cop a penalty when the player involved runs into our player but then stays on the field & doesn’t goes off for an HIA who then makes a decisive tackle at the end?

So it comes back to recruitment right. At this rate we should have the correct roster by about 2027 ??
 
When you build a house do you start from the foundation and work up, or fix the roof and work down ?
Good forwards win matches, and whilst we have a couple of real goers, May and Pole, plus API, we lack depth and support in this key area.
If we really want Bula, Galvin, L. Fainu and JL to shine, focus on the foundation.
