OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

He has said nothing to show he wants to stay , proof ,
Release request x 3
Interviews x many - il leave it to my manager , I’m just playing footy
Richo needing to calm his parents down with a meeting .
Club is dealing with a grub manager .
I’m all in on Galvin if he signs now not after November 1 , we should not need to be in a bun fight , Latu will also be sitting back thinking what the fk , I’m all in and want to play , my brothers are hear , and this donkey is pissing the club around
We haven't even had the chance to consider Latu because he is always injured and low on fitness. I'm sure Benji would have loved to have rested Galvin last year if he had the option.

Hilarious how many people turn on someone when there's a slight whisper

"Oh we should get rid of him".... what if he stays? Makes you look a tad silly.

Investing in Latu when he literally cannot even get through 80 minutes at any grade for more than two weeks.

Let's just wait and see what happens aye?

We’re paying Latu much more than Galvin, but that doesn’t equate to a mistake on our part. It just means Sheens got one up on Moses.

Im glad Galvins negotiations arent being played out in the media and the journos are finding it hard to get anything outta Concord

Just look at Haas and DCE since all their dramas in the media, theyre both the last two weeks quite down on their best

We have games to win and we need Galvin focussed purely on that, nothing else.

Galvin is young but he’s becoming a player I get nervous with every time he touches the ball.

Most of it is trying too hard but it’s a concern. Benji used to make all of these mistakes but had a few diamonds in there. He doesn’t have the same flair.
Gallvin has a lousy Brooks-style kicking game … limp lobs straight to the fullback

Galvin spotted Marzhew being back waiting for the kick & opted to run it instead which gave Turuva his try & then threw the ball for the Starford try… I honestly found all the criticism aimed at him quite ridiculous tbh yes he had some bad moments but people forget this is a guy who hasn’t even played 30 games yet. Everyone just needs to chill out.

It’s what you get with talented young players. Great plays and bad errors. He is the future of the club if we want to win anything long term.

It’s an interesting topic as I thought Galvin was instrumental in our tries to Turuva and To’a, but my impression was his kicking game was ordinary and he took plenty of bad attacking options.
However when reading his stats and seeing he ran for 199 metres that is extremely impressive and add to that he was very solid defensively.
Overall it was a long way short of a million dollar per season performance, but it’s easy to forget he is still the youngest regular starting halve in the NRL by a couple of years, so it’s very hard to predict how much he can improve as this season progresses.

He was one of our worst players today imho because he wants to make the hero plays all the time.He just needs to learn and sit back and play the waiting game and time his impact in games and he will be a much better footballer for it.
I’d be happy with a chip over the top in behind the line and chase occasionally, doesn’t seem to be in his skill set

Plays like Benji without the speed and sidestep
