They will just pick our best off one by one. No need for us.The Bears are struggling to attract players, maybe we can merge with them if worse comes to worse.
No HBG involvement it could be a good thing.

Lol are trying to start another forum war.The Bears are struggling to attract players, maybe we can merge with them if worse comes to worse.

If the Holman Barnes Muppet show is still around, this could be the Big Bird we have and I think that's pretty scary. As long as there's not a large magpie on the jersey who really gives a F, just can't see a big bird scaring the life out of the opposition.

Not to worry, we will have won a couple of comps by then.I know but lots here thought they would plunder the NRL - and well they might but not until 2028 anyway
He was very good when the CEO of Greyhound Racing NSW, we could do a lot worse.
LMAO. You think they’d appoint someone who would go against them? Why do you think Richo is in this situation? He was very good when the CEO of Greyhound Racing NSW, we could do a lot worse.
He’s not a yes man, so would not now down to anyone, HBG included.
HBG has swiftly replaced anyone who is not a yes man. Any CEO that is hired will be handcuffed. He was very good when the CEO of Greyhound Racing NSW, we could do a lot worse.

I’m telling you he was highly respected when the CEO of Greyhound Racing NSW, they were not happy to see him go when he joined Manly.LMAO. You think they’d appoint someone who would go against them? Why do you think Richo is in this situation?
Yeah, but it's very different managing a club vs managing the overarching organisation.I’m telling you he was highly respected when the CEO of Greyhound Racing NSW, they were not happy to see him go when he joined Manly.
How do you know HBG have suggested him, he doesn’t appear to have any connection with Wests Magpies or HBG.
They meaning HBG may now be getting directed what’s fi rather than doing what they want to do.
A much more likely connection is PVL Racing NSW and ex Harness Racing NSW, Tony Mestrov ex Greyhound Racing NSW.
Who from HBG has got hold of your login? He was very good when the CEO of Greyhound Racing NSW, we could do a lot worse.

Manly are probably the club I think of when it comes to making Pascoe like cock-ups. Pride jersey, DCE contract etc etc. so no surprise he’s the HBG next bad decision.I assume you know nothing about the racing industry and are once again commenting on something you know absolutely nothing about ?
I assume you know absolutely nothing about Tony Metrov other than Manly didn’t make the top 8 in 2025 so it’s all their CEO’s fault he must be no good.
There is a name for people who constantly involve themselves in topics they know nothing about.
I won’t comment on the Pride jersey as it’s a bit outside my area of expertise, but is not giving into a 37 years request for up around 1 million per season a bad decision ?Manly are probably the club I think of when it comes to making Pascoe like cock-ups. Pride jersey, DCE contract etc etc. so no surprise he’s the HBG next bad decision.
Guess we’ll see how the Roosters go mate. A club who seem to avoid the rubbish bin we live in.I won’t comment on the Pride jersey as it’s a bit outside my area of expertise, but is not giving into a 37 years request for up around 1 million per season a bad decision ?
Gee I hope not , I want Richo to stay, hope the NRL step in and fix this mess
They give us Terrell and they signed Chad Townsend.Guess we’ll see how the Roosters go mate. A club who seem to avoid the rubbish bin we live in.
Collingwood are basically a mixture of magpies and Souths if you compare to nrl . Bogan club full of Neanderthal dead shit fans , who hurl racial abuse ( as recently as last year ) at opposition players . They he whole guy with one thong walks into a bar joke about Souths, applies to Collingwood .Depends on how far you go back. Wests were dubbed ‘the millionaire club’ back in the 50’s & 60s. The whole battlers thing was brought into play by Roy Masters in the 70’s and has been carried forward from there.
Balmain have won the third most premierships in their time and were considered a top club early on, but that certainly hasn’t always been the case. From what I can remember growing up they were a pretty average team, their underdog status in the 1969 GF attests to that. The 1980s brought change when they had some great line ups going around. I don’t ever recall Balmain being considered classier though by any stretch of the imagination.
As for Collingwood, they’ve always been one of the most supported and successful teams. Not sure about universally hated unless you’re a Carlton supporter lol. I think the Swans were at one stage on a par with being most hated club especially when they first entered the AFL.
