Day 2 session 1 Australia 2 -45 off 8.2 overs at 5.4 rpo ( Aus 9-11)
England 3-59 off 14 overs at 4.2 rpo ( Eng 1-5 )
session 2 England 2-73 off 25 overs at 2.9 rpo ( Eng 4-7 )
Baz ball is purely Boast Ball
Highest scoring rate today our batsmen 9 ,10 ,11
Starc finally no wicket yet but average speed of 145 kph in 40 degree heat
Admirable
England trail by 239 runs with 5 wickets in hand
Would need to lead on 1st innings by 80 runs to have any chance given they have to bat last on very dry wicket baking in the sun
So they need last wickets to put on 319 runs
What are the odds !
Wonder what sportsbet odds for England to regain the Ashes ?

At least you would have the pleasure of watching the Barmy Army turn into lobsters frying in the sun.There will be some very sore people tomorrow and not just from hangovers.

Survival ball. They are currently hanging on to the cliffs edge by their fingertips but are about to fall.
And destroy the rest of the series, Melbourne and Sydney will become afterthoughts.
Whether we win 3-0 or 5-0 doesn’t really matter ( to me anyway). Pom’s haven’t won here since 2011 and that doesn’t look like changing.
It’s like when the Kangaroos go to the UK or the Wallabies to Eden Park( despite all
the hype the result is inevitable).

Stokes was born in NZ that is probably why he has more ticker than the rest of the poms
Must be annoying for our players too...thats the point
He is fighting & leading from the front more than what could say about his team mates atm.
