Looks great. I use RecipeTinEats now for a lot of ideas for cooking. Nagi is great, plus she has little videos on how she makes her dishes, which is good for a dummy like me 🙂

Always have cooked my fish but what I've read about it they marinade it for flavour and softening.

I would imagine that a nice mullet sashimi would be heaven. 🤮

100% you cut them into 3 sections on the joints then cut them lengthways and a huge piece of crab comes out , they were full of meat , worth it yes , would buy them again no problem , they are expensive but it’s once a year treat and since i got crook , no beers at $ 55 ctn per week I’m well in front as haven’t bought beers for 6 months ,

You should, I was the same many years ago but now really love it, I prefer tuna but my wife likes salmon so we get some of both.And when out we always go for the Kingfish entree which seems to be the fish of choice in restaurants these days. Nice pre dinner snack with a glass of something.
But it may take a couple of tries before you either love/hate so don’t be put off if your initial taste is not great.
