I know that C but my point was that, imo, we never seem to play as well when he’s off the field ( for whatever reason).
Well, I guess that's stating the obvious. But the question is, can Hope do a job for us? Tigers have seemingly always done reasonably well against Cronulla because they haven't had a forward pack that dominates (unlike Raiders, Warriors etc). This year, our forwards are absolutely monstering other packs. If Hope can bring them on to the ball and hold up defensively in the middle, I think we can take the 2 points on offer.

I think Latu should be given a chance at 9.

If he’s as good as we think he can be, he will do the job for us and probably look a lot more dangerous in attack compared to Hope.
The shame of it is that it is just a bit early for Jarred Hayward. Watched him yesterday in Flegg and i thought he had a great game, the boys won easily but i love the way Jared picks up his runners quickly , He"s a heads up footballer who seems to be always looking for the right option, he looks to me like he reads a game well reminds me of Wade Egan a bit from the Warriors. He doesn't run himself so much as looks to put his runners into good spots. It probably wouldn't hurt to give him a few go's in KOE. I think he has real potential.

Lots of challenges this week internally with the possibility of two spine players not available and KPP - not ideal time to face the Sharks at home after a disappointing last outing by them..

We should really all keep putting down Toa as a player, he usually turns in a blinder when everyone is giving it to him on this forum. 😂

Another thing, Toa didn't look happy when his winger threw an inside pass to the man inside of him to score a try last game.

Latu at hooker. No Hope please.
Sukkar in for KPP. No Seyfarts on an edge please.
Toa deserves a few weeks at centre. No-one really to replace him anyway.
Herbert, like Hope, is a great story. But really not first grade material.
