Ok Douehi signed with us for 350k, 150k less than the Dragons offer simply because he loves the club and he’s happy to play 13, 14 or left right out.
Does that sound better ?
Dragons didn’t offer 500k

no Doobie didn't pay commission to Izzak , club didn't stump it up either,Was mentioned on here earlier this week that if he took the dragons $400k offer he had to pay IM 8% which equals $32k, if he takes Tigers deal of $350 k he pays nil commission to IM , so in the end , difference is $18k, maybe WT stumped up the extra $18k
Don't know what games you've been watching.Doueihi doesn't have any form in the halves. Would need to see more.
Latu seems more focused coming in off the benchIf there is the slightest chance of getting in finals, play Douhie at 7, Latu has done nothing outstanding at this point
Your take on TPA are incorrect. You believe what you want to believe, but I was told by someone who I’m near certain is in a much better place to pass judgement than what you are, that it was very unlikely Doueihi would take a pay cut to re-sign with us.
Based on that information I’m assuming we have either matched the other offer, or as I’ve speculated, there could be a Wests Tigers supporter and Adam Doueihi fan who was willing to assist financially to help keep him at the club.
That’s not illegal, it’s how the 3rd party sponsorships work as far as I am aware.
If Douehi simply took a pay cut to stay with us, than that’s fantastic news, but unlikely based on my information.
Ok what are the numbers ?no Doobie didn't pay commission to Izzak , club didn't stump it up either,
Form generally indicates multiple games in a row.Don't know what games you've been watching.
they stayed the same ,yet its bad business if Doobie doesnt tip something onto Moses,So Doobie is out of pocket to mosesOk what are the numbers ?
Doueihi is a genuine utility who is also a good athlete with size, power, pace and a good long kicking game. The latter is a asset we've never utilised to the fullest. He also has an uncatchable high kick. From memory he was a schoolboy international rugby player.Interesting ...
He said that he would meet with Marshall in the off-season to discuss his long-term position within the team.
“I feel as though I’m really comfortable touching the ball in the middle of the field and being involved in the big plays and so whether that’s at lock or in the halves, I feel as though that’s where my assets are best used.’’
Why cant You Vicious or myself being a 3rd party , if no club membership get involved ? as a - 3rd partyYour take on TPA are incorrect.
TPAS are between player and a third party and can not be influenced or have anything to do with the club. Using a TPA as a lever to get a player to sign for less is a breach of the salary cap rules. Putting them in touch with a financial advisor etc isn't. I'm not going to say that there aren't "arrangements" made that breach the cap rules but any admission would be stupid as a club would be in breach.
Yep - the 3rd Party deal is with a clothing Manufacturer of Khoduroy Trousers. I've seen their Summer range of Khod Shorts and they are flipping fantastic! 🤪 🤪🤪I’m saying based on what I know, there is a possibility a 3rd party sponsorship deal could have been part of the deal to help get Douehi’s signature across the line.
If that is true, it’s great for Wests Tigers and our salary cap management.
I wonder whether Jock will get a look in? First game back in Q Cup tomorrow after his pec injury.Mam and Cobbo apparently out for the season. Reynolds may be back. Just announced.
Walters did mention him as the obvious replacement together with Hunt. It would be good for him and WTs to get NRL experience in the run up to the finals.I wonder whether Jock will get a look in? First game back in Q Cup tomorrow after his pec injury.
he’s such a unit26 - 0 the Panthers' way against the Knights. The Panthers are hungry tonight. KPP has had a v/good game with a great covering tackle on the sideline on Jenkins to save a try. The Panthers have had most of the possession, so KPP has made a lot of tackles, many one on one. He's made try saving tackles on the goal line on To'o and another a minute or so ago I believe on Mclean. He put a big hit around the hips on a Panthers' forward. Luckily Jenkins scored as Liam Martin held the ball when he made a break and was tackled near the Knights' goal line. He had the centre and To'o unmarked outside of him.
That would be OK; if we made a deal with AD. However, if the deal meant Wests Tigers could offer "unders" then it is a breach. There has to be complete separation of the the third party and the club. For example; we couldn't chat with Richo and say that if AD signs for X tell him that we'll top him up with a thrid party advertising deal worth 100K; but,, we could approach AD directly, or post contract signature, and offer him an 100K advertising deal as a means to increase our market exposure. While similar in nature it is the invovement of the club that differentiates what is and isn't included in the cap.Why cant You Vicious or myself being a 3rd party , if no club membership get involved ? as a - 3rd party
The Roosters, Bulldogs, Broncos, Storm seem to master these 3rd party deals. That would be OK; if we made a deal with AD.
