We have Saukuru who could certainly play a similar role.
We should definitely pass on these two, unless we can get them for 200k and they come with a long to prove. Id rather them than Craig or kit
Yeah I’m pretty sure he was out for six weeks back in a few weeks. He’s certainly not playing Queensland Cup.

2025 - played all 24 games
2024 - played 23 of 24 (reserve grade round 1)
2023 - played all 24 games for Dogs
You might not rate him but suggesting he’s not picked is ridiculous. He was picked something like 79 of 80 games he’s been available for.
Dumped by the Dogs? Okay. That’s certainly not how it was reported and he played every game in his final season.

If he doesn’t have a ratchet clause … should be sweet with the salary cap going up about 60 percent in 2028
They are better than what we currently have in our top 17, it’s that plain and simple.
Not saying we should target these 2 ahead of anyone else, but we need to keep improving our playing roster if we want to be playing to win titles, rather than just making up the numbers.

Similar in size is about as far as you could go.
Saukuru is having a good season scoring plenty of tries and full credit to him, but his ball carries are still nowhere near as strong or aggressive as Moses Suli.
When Suli is motivated and on his game, the opposing players fear him.
Luciano Leilua ahead of Alex Seyfarth is a no brainer albeit a likely extra cost involved and Moses Suli ahead of anyone currently have at right centre is a no brainer albeit a likely extra cost involved.
Obviously if we sign Jake Averillo there would be no room for another high cost centre.
I look at it this way, with the Panthers at full strength and us missing 4 key players, I don’t think we are much chance of winning on Sunday.
If we had Luciano Leilua and Moses Suli in our team lineup playing the Panthers on Sunday, I think we would be a good chance of beating them.

Suli isn’t fit enough anymore to play NRL in 2026… hence why the bottom placed team is looking to move him on ..,
