Got it?

This team never does get it, you would of thought the semi final last year would of taught them for good.

Two Points.

They are the words that matter right now.

We made the finals the last two seasons on the backl of some bludger performances and games with exactly these lapses.

At the end of the season the 2 points is what counts

after today I am convinced they will NEVER get it. at least the only positive thing to come out of it is
1) the 2 points
2) the fact that we were a joke the last 15 mins and that they might fire up for the titans next week

though point 2 they have said this for years about how to hold a lead and still can't work it out

I agree.
have now moved into 11 th place and slowly ascending the ladder.

Positives: A win's a win's a win
63 minutes of a solid effort
Very good go forward
Good defense for 63 minutes
Woods, Bell, Fulton, Galloway, Ryan, Reddy & Farah had another very good game
Marshall, Blair, Moltzen, Humble, Cashmere, BMM, Groat, - good, solid game
Marshall’s goal kicking – big improvement to the last year
Good kicking in general play – big improvement to the first few games

Negatives: last 17 minutes - Lowrence, Ayshford, Tuqiri - MIA's, three tries were scored through them.

IMHO there were a few decisions against Tigers in that critical period - stripped ball from Reddy, sheppard close to the line (Blair was blocked by Parra player), Marshall’s ‘forward’ pass (at worst the line ball) to BMM, however, all in all it cannot be used as an excuse for nearly capitulating against KO’d Parra.

Go Tigers

True.

But those bludger performances set the stage for losing semi finals as they did against the Warriors.

I also agree, but with the competition so close, for & against could mean in or out of top 4/8.
30 points last week & a possible 20ish this week would definitely help our cause.

Farah said the same thing when interviewed on radio after the game ie the importance of for and against later in the season. It was commented on how quickly the WTs left the field after the game, an indication of how disappointed they were.

It goes back even further jazz. This side has upped my blood pressure and caused all my hair to fall out for years now. Who can forget the semi against the Roosters a couple of years ago? Sharks & Souths this year also comes to mind. Yesterdays last 15 min, it just looked like all the tigers were in the middle of the park with no one on the edges. In the Penrith game the Panthers bombed 4-5 tries towards the end. It left me wondering what a better performing team would do to us.A disgrace! :blah
