2011 Draw Announced

Would have preferred teams with more players out during the Origin series than Penrith and particularly the Warriors.

Actually come to think of it Penrith might not be too bad with Gordon, Jennings, Petero and Lewis all possibilities

Early Predictions:

1 Bulldogs (a) WIN
2 Warriors (h) WIN
3 Raiders (h) WIN
4 Roosters (a) WIN
5 Rabbitohs (h) WIN
6 Titans (a) LOSS
7 Broncos (h) LOSS
8 Raiders (a) WIN
9 BYE
10 Rabbitohs (a) WIN
11 Panthers (h) WIN
12 Dragons (a) LOSS
13 Knights (h) WIN
14 Warriors (a) WIN
15 Storm (h) WIN
16 Bulldogs (h) WIN
17 BYE
18 Eels (a) WIN
19 Cowboys (a) WIN
20 Roosters (h) WIN
21 Sea Eagles (a) DRAW
22 Dragons (h) WIN
23 Panthers (a) WIN
24 Eels (h) WIN
25 Titans (h) WIN
26 Sharks (a) WIN

20 wins, 1 Draw, 3 Losses, 2 byes = 45 points & minor premiers!

Not a bad draw for the Tigers IMO. Decent first up run into the bye and I reckon you need to be beating teams in the 8 heading into the finals.

Every top 8 team bar manly twice
Sharks, Cowboys - last n 2nd last, once

thats not good

The only positive out of that is only 3 teams from 2009 finished in top 8 in 2010.
Here's hoping we are 1 of those 3 teams!

Yeh I know….four if u count Melbs 14 wins

I see Penrith dropping a little, Manly & GC

Bring on the big games, That will sort out if we are going to take the next step up.

My only question is whether we here at the WTF can maintain the rage during the off season

Gee…I'm stuggling to find 2 Losses....

I think we've got a fairly decent draw.

Warriors have signed well. Grabbing them early is a bonus
Only have to play Brisbane once and it's in Sydney. Another team who've recruited well and will improve in 2011.

One quick question. Don't we usually play our home game against Souths at the SCG in Heritage round which is usually Rd 9 or 10? Or are they doing it earlier this year in Rd 5?

It will be interesting to see whether the club goes for the same approach used this year and use the SFS/SCG early the stick to Leichhardt and Campbelltown. Also might be worth giving serious thought to travelling to NZ….

It is whoever home game it is…..It has been ours the past 2 years...now It's Souff's turn ...it will be Rd 10

Heritage Rounds don't change,,

We also have the Raiders in Rd 3 and Rd 8\. Campese should most likely be out for both of them!

Damn we play the Eels Rd 18 and Rd 24 .. theyre usually in form at the end of the season!

Oh really? So we'll have 4 games at the SFS then? Or 3 SFS and one SCG still but not against Souths?

Your right Alex…Actually heritige round did change...It's Round 5....

So it is ours again...

Look at all these we got to look fwd too

RD 16 Women in League v Dogs
RD 19 Rivalry Round v Cows
RD 22 Close the Gap v Dragons....

Some good tough games leading into the Finals will be a good thing. Lets hope we get the luck of the green in the Injury department, as I dont think there is too many easy games next year…

We always seem to draw the Warriors before a State of Origin.
