Can't see anyone beating Melbourne. To put it in perspective, the Crows in the AFL had the MP wrapped up in the AFL this weekend just passed and they got beaten comfortably. Albeit by a team who needed to win by 4 goals to qualify for the finals, regardless, there was a clear drop in intensity. The Storm came out with the MP wrapped up and put 60 on Souths, who had been pretty competitive in the few weeks leading up. It was a pretty ominous performance. The only team i see giving them a tough time are the Roosters. Imo, Brisbane have overachieved, the Sharks have been too inconsistent, Penrith could cause a few headaches, but they won't win it. Whichever 2 teams out of the Cowboys, Dragons and Manly qualify are making up the numbers and i believe will be the first teams to go week 1\. I can't see Parra winning it. I can see them going as far as the pre lim's though. I see a lot of similarities between them and the Sharks in 2015\. Make a bit of a rumble, but the year after is when they are a real threat. Pains me to say, but i think they could be the team to beat next year.

I can't see Parra troubling the likes of Cronulla, Easts or Melbourne. Any one of them will dust Parra up.

Funny thing is if Storm have to lose their first match and make it to the GF for Billy to play 300
If they win their first match then Billy would finish the season with 299…

Roosters could go alright but they struggle to put in 80 minutes so that'll be their downfall.

Parra and Dragons are my smokies to make a run. They could trouble a few teams and possibly go all the way.

Sharks are the only side who can beat Melbourne, maybe Parra but that's a big maybe.

I don't think Billy will care too much about how many games he's played if he goes out with another premiership.

I really think the Chooks and possibly Brisbane are the only teams who could pull off a win against the Storm. Although they would need to have a lot of luck go there way,

I hope the Storm win and win well, they have been the best side by miles and my guess they will play the Chooks and they smash them

Melbourne were specials straight after they lost the grand final last year…it was always on from there.

Pains me to say it but Melbourne will win….however I have backed them for the last 2 months just to put the mock on them in a way. I can stop a train so gd luck to people who have backed the cheetahs.

There is no one in the comp as good as storm - on a weekly basis

Rosters are hit and miss
Sharks will have a grand choke
Dragons hanging by a thread
Parra - i hope choke
Manly- when going gets tuff they curl up
Panthers - entertaining on the day if they click, same at the Raiders
Brisbane and Cows are the same, mixed bags this year ..

My prediction is Panthers will go a long way..
