Loved the game. It was better than any of the Origins or NRL semis. Might be hope for the international game after all.
Now that Marky Mark's gone, Ponga and Walsh are unchallenged as the best athletes in league. Awesome.

Sad to say for me I missed the game completely! I’m all footballed out from our disappointing season, so I switched off and forgot all about it. By the time I realised it was on I couldn’t find where to watch it lol. I’m flicking through the channels like an idiot trying to catch the last 10 minutes, in a million years I never thought it would be on channel 7, so I didn’t even go there! Sounds like I missed a good game. Oh well, the season’s too bloody long to keep on watching anyway.

It was a brilliant game and as a few have said I thought 7 did a great job...not so much on replays it seems

Thought Robbos comme.tary was really good broke the game down well simply but accurately...keary is a natural as is Johnson
Ponga and Walsh really lit the ground up with great games ...theyre paid the big bucks to do freakish things and they delivered on the back of their forwards and halves.
Gunna be a hard act to follow all the rest of the games after that opener

Plenty of improvement in the kangaroos they were well short of a gallop
dont think they can make the final without Ponga mate.
I think he is extremely overpaid
Which has caused the attitude of don’t give a dam
He has all the talent just not the desire.
Every now and then he pulls out a big play and the media go crazy about him,
And that’s all he needs.

A lot of Australian players have played together in state of origin games which helps the cohesion, where NZ only get together once a year if that.
I see a lot more improvement team wise in the kiwis.
Time will tell but im happy with $4.50

Yep, I missed the live game cos I was watching a replay of the weather channel from back in 2010. Still no match highlights. But Nrl.com have posted match highlights of NZ vs Fiji and a couple of other past games. That is squarely on PVL's backside! He is the boss and the buck stops with him.

The NRL do not administer the World Cup. Maybe they need to wait for the highlights
