Ipswich is not Brisbane.
It has a really strong rugby league history and has produced many stars.
I reckon a team out of Ipswich would have an immediate following. At very least it's worth a feasibility study.

And the majority of the other seasons were bottom 4 seasons

The amount of players from Qld that get missed by the Broncos ,Titans and Cows is massive ...how many current NRL players are from Ipswich ......Keary , Mikaele , Nui ...probably heaps I can't remember

I dont know either. Concentrating on one section of Brisbane seems risky to me. I'd be appealing to all the south east of QLD.

Our current top 30 has quite a few Queenslanders. Off the top of my head: Luke Garner, Thomas Mikaele, Harry Grant, Chris McQueen, Corey Thompson, Billy Walters. Although to be fair, the only one who was "missed" is Luke Garner.

A lot of fine players come out of Ipswich, David Fifita, Marion Seve and Thomas Mikaele being three that immediately come to mind. Keebra Park also attract s lot of talent from the area.
