id love to give him a try at 6, not sure how people can say he is a centre based of one game.

He may be better at centre then fullback, he may be better at 5/8 instead of centre

I like the thought of doueihi in the halves...but he is a little limited....I feel madden would have more offer.....Grub is a definite no for me...madden,Mbye and doueihi are all better options

I think Doueihi can slot into a lot of positions for us but I'd like to see him stay in the centres or at fullback. Mbye and Brooks as our halves. If we get JAC let's see if he can fill the fullback role. If not Doueihi gets it.

Reynolds shouldn't be anywhere near the top team if we are going to be competitive.

Very true I think we will have a lot of quality in the spine and grub just doesn’t cut it for me...love his energy but he doesn’t bring enough with a lot of new young guys coming in with more class

It's hard to believe he's still only really young.

In all honesty I was against signing him, but he a decent year out of position - he's not a fullback and he said as much. I really hope he can go well at 5/8, has a good head on his shoulders.

And yah he might love the Tigers, but he turned down the Roosters because of opportunity in first grade more than his love for the Tigers, he mentioned he was only promised to fill in at centre for a year while Billy Smith was injured - but it's refreshing to hear someone speak passionately about signing on.

He definitely tries a little too hard to seem like the ‘cool guy’ but it’s good to hear players talk like you’re chatting to them yourself, not just the generic answers they give to the media.

A mate of mine was his English tutor, when he came over to the tigers he was like you’ve got a future captain on your hands, for a sportsman he speaks extremely well and is articulate. Very passionate boy.

Yup - I can see why people may dislike how he comes across. He's certainly no knob, the guy has done really, really well post-footy. Way before every man and his dog had a podcast.

I respect him for that. He's never going to dog the players, because he's genuinely mates with his guests - and as mentioned, this makes these interviews way more real/interesting.
