Unpopular opinion but this guy needs to get shown the door as well as Pascoe.

The clubs being run like a chook raffle and this guy deserves some criticism, as the head of football he is involved with recruitment and retention of players, he is also involved in team selections and assembling coaching set up as well.

If we stick by Madge then he needs to be shown the door.

He knows how to pick out junior talent and he's made some very good signings, don't think we should dump him. We need better people talking to the big name players though

Hartigan has done tremendously well to attract very talented juniors to our club. We need more of his calibre at WTs.

Hartigan is exactly what we need at the club. We are in trouble if we move him on.

u would think sheens would do a bit of that ay

I think Hartigan has been very good at identifying talent but is held back by the idiots surrounding him. Everyone should be shown the door before him.

A couple of signings who are young and apparently he is good at identifying young talent … guess what anyone that knows footy can do that job and identify players that have skill.

If he is so good as a recruiter , you would see a plan with the signings , which I have not

Mbye who was on the books -no defined position
Douehi - has played full back , centre , five eighth
Hastings yet another signing who will either be lock or in the halves

I see no plan with the recruiting , it’s just get anyone who will come .. are they trying to build a certain style forward pack .. what has been the plan in building the backs , especially with talk Curtis Scott is an option

I would think that's a good way to do it for sure.

He didn't sign Mbye and I don't think he signed Doueihi. Maybe we could blame him for the signing of Adam Blair as well.

And Hastings hasn't even played yet so can't judge him... could end up being a good deal

No he didn't but he has been here for other bad signings and some of the worst football and systems I have seen from the tigers. We have also missed out on numerous signings and have crap assistant's I'm guessing he isn't hitting his kpis lol
