Addo Carr signs with Storm...

I really don't think JAC has signed with Storm. That fox sports article was basically saying there are reports Melbourne are "set to swoop" on him. That was May 3rd - no reports since. If it was a successfully swoop we would've heard by now.
 
Yah, can't imagine the club starting him the week he has signed elsewhere. Especially considering how loyal to Rankin they have been.

But it's us, and stranger things have happened.

Agree, if the Storm had signed him we definitely would have heard by now. I'm sure/hopeful that the Tigers are in negotiations to extend his contract given his form. 😛ray:
 
JAC has signed with Melbourne, but trying to back out of it, hence why no announcement has happened. 10 Day cooling off period has expired so agreement will need to be reached between Melbourne & Tigers.
He doesn't want to leave Sydney !

Damn this is a worry.

I must admit when Taylor said he was looking forward to what JAC could do for us for the rest of the year…..immediately i thought he was gone.

Maybe im reading to much into it.

Thats going to be a tough one with all the DCE rubbish, but i cant see Melb wanting an unhappy player down there that doesnt want to live there, we might need god to step in on this one :smiley:
 
Why would the Storm try and hold on to an unhappy and still largely unproven rookie winger? More than likely they'll let him stay in Sydney if that's what he really wants to do.

Nothing official , maybe he just read this forum .

Well if Melbourne make an announcement you can say goodbye, they wouldn't announce it if they had any doubt. If there isn't an announcement soon you can assume there are still some negotiations going on. Looks like we're going to have to wait!
 
Most exciting player outside of teddy we have seen in ages, but the latest is he is gone to storm.
If that's the case, do you still pick him in firsts at the expense of someone else?
