Is it wrong to want the club to sign the best available talent?
The chairman made it clear that there'll be changes so we need the best available coach to replace Madge.

Last episode of the doco. our current coach watched Brooks kick to the tallest winger on the field and said "Why is Brooksy kicking there?"
It was said in a manner that left no doubt he hadn't spoken to Brooks about the kicking game

You hadn't discussed where and how he should be kicking before the game?

Surely you are not expecting a coach to plan every move by the players? They are paid a bucket load of cash to play the game and that's been the issue, they don't seem to see the problems in the game with some of there decisions? Blind freddy could see that the kick to him wasn't effective, so maybe he should of thought about other options?


Call me silly but yes I do expect a coach to communicate a kicking game plan to his kicker.
I'm funny like that.

And he did plan the for the lickers to kick to the corners, but if you consistently kick to a corner where it's not working, then the kicker needs to look at other options i.e. kick to the other corner? They are expected to play with some thoughts in there head.

I would expect him to nominate players to target like other coaches do to our weaknesses. e.g If you make a break take on Mbye he'll pretend to fall over.
