An ode to Elias

The way i view 'our' club he certainly played for us. We are the history of both Wests and Balmain.

Everyone views it differently and that's all right too. Each to their own.


Give me a break - he never played for "us". However you seem to like good players of extremely poor character.

You’ve really got to get over it and accept the merger of the histories and personalities of two foundation clubs.
I think it was truly magnanimous of Balmain to accept Wests, who had won the most ever wooden spoons.

Benny or Smith

I’m a little biased but Elias at his best would play all over smith in general “hooker” play but not so much as a ref whisperer and game manager IMHO.
