Enough of this Jerry, you are reminding me of an employee of more than ten years that has only just gotten his life back together after getting dragged in by his brother and getting lost in the hatred amongst anti-islam networks over the last year.

He became a very angry man, argumentative over just about anything, and to the point that I had to send him home and put him on holidays for a few weeks. He has separated himself from those people, and his brother to a certain extent, beginning the new year as his old self, and getting along with everyone again.

I think it is fair to say that you have also become an angry man of late (at least on here), so if you are engaging in the aforementioned, please consider that like him, it may also be the reason.

If you really want me to start listing the policy impacts of political wings, I am happy to do so, but I am pretty sure you already know, or if not, at least where to find out.

Enough of what???? Since when did you become the official psychologist of the Wests Tigers forum with your prescriptions for what everyone needs and what they are suffering. And you call me angry of late.LOL

Trust you to try to turn someones pride in Australia(like myself)and somehow try to go around 180 degrees and paint me as some bloody anti islamist.Maybe you should wake up and realise the worth of an Australian should not be how many trees hes humped rather than how many Australians he has saved.

FACTS, FACTS, FACTS.

Jerry, you regularly get into confrontations on here, FACT.

Reagan was a dimwit at leader level and could not discuss policy with his world peers when in office, FACT

You are correct about one thing, I hate right wing politics, FACT, but I am certainly not blinded by it, rather I see the results of their policy quite clearly.

On current trends, the richest one percent will have more than the other ninety nine percent next year, FACT

I sing the national anthem as loudly and proudly as anyone, FACT

Would you like to tell me and everyone else on here the "RESULTS" of Left wing politics.Reagan was a dimwit leader but was responsible for bringing down the Berlin Wall, stopping the cold war and a whole lot of north koreas and East Germanys springing up all over the world.Reagan is acknowledged as being one of the best presidents of all time by politicians on BOTH sides of US politics.FACT.

Perhaps if there was more "dimwits" like Reagan and less "geniuses" like eddie obeid,Joe tripodi and Kristina keneally in the world it would be a much better place.
\
\
To get into a confrontation it takes "two" people.Me and "YOU".FACT.

Didn't Reagan also discover the cure for the common cold too.
And I think he had a hand in the theory of relativity as well. And wasn't he that bloke who used to get changed in a phone box and fly off to defend the American way????

Why is it that I factually name all the great things this great man did that no other could and somehow all you can manage is to ridicule the guy and to throw an anti american comment in there. You have only showed your face to me personally twice on this forum 1\. was to blindly blame Mayer for everything last year when Robbie Farah had an emotional breakdown and couldnt face the world for a week(and verbally attacking all those on this forum who didnt agree with you) and
2.coming on this thread getting all upset (as I bleed my love for Australia in an extremely appropriate)normal way and the best you can come up with is insults at a great man and anti american comments.
\
\
What is it about a proud strong Australian(me) that makes you feel so insecure anyway??????.Thats the great thing about Australia we can disagree on a forum and we dont have to call a jihad on each other. Its great isnt it.Well I think so anyhow.

Got some enlightening news for you Jerry, I'm not insecure at all. I don't have to stand on a headland , wrapped in a flag and proclaiming that I am a great Australian . Like always , you have completely missed the point of my post.
What I said was that I don't want to be part of some politicians "team Australia", and neither does a lot of others. We don't have to join a fictitious "Team" to appreciate this Country. But also as I said, (which I think you mustn't have read, or at least didn't understand) I don't care is someone wants to do that, but stop trying to ram it down everyone's throat. Just go off and be whatever you think it is to be Australian, but let others do the same in whatever way makes them happy
I know your attraction to two or three word slogan draws you to attacking anyone who isn't sucked in by them, but if you re-read your last few posts you will see that all you do is try to belittle others opinions. You must be a very unhappy person as you have no no idea of the concept that we all have differing opinions and while it's ok to try and change them , at least try to do it with some degree of humour or understanding that we are all different.
When you tell others that they are crapping on Australia, simply because they don't feel the way you do , you say more about yourself than about the person you are vilifying .
Have a laugh occasionally Jerry, you might get to be a happier person.
Actually I've got a better idea, there's a post here called"the cards you an be dealt". I suggest you read it as it may just make you see that there's more important things in life than than just wanting to be so angry all the time,
Most people here don't mind a debate , but you can get more results without the venomous way you talk to others.
So jerry, put a smile on your face I promise it's not life threatening.

I was not trying to analyze you, nor turn anything around, just noticing the words and the manner in which you use them mirror that of (let's call him Graham) my previously troubled employee. I am not having a go at you in this instance, as having watched him plummet, I have genuine concern.

It seems that you believe that you have not become aggressive, nor that your own words throughout this thread paint a certain picture. On these points and others, we disagree. I do however agree with most of your WT opinions.

All I will add here is that by belittling someones opinion you are going to fire them up - and this seems to be doing this.
goldcoast tiger has mocked someone Jerry obviously looks up to and formerguest has decided to include him in the same basket as a 'troubled' (in his opinion) employee.
By doing this you are both forgetting that everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
Let Jerry shout oi, oi, oi if he likes - if we choose not to, then ok.
Remember that national pride does not necessarily imply jingoism.

I have no problems with Jerry having any opinion CK, and I couldnt care less what he or anyone else shouts.
What I was trying to point out to,Jerry is that when he accuses anyone of crapping on Australia simply because he disagrees with Jerry, then he becomes completely objectionable and irrational.
We all at times disagree , but we don't get into a slanging match with each other . I simply told him to lighten up and get a sense of humour.
Most of us here are proud of our Country , and celebrate it in our own ways , and dont deserve to be told that we all should join a politicians fictional Team Australia to be truly Australian
IIf Jerry wants to do that he can, but , he doesn't need to crititise those who don't

I would just like to fit in my wishes to Everyone Happy Australia Day Tomorrow .

I wouldn't dare open a Thread " How are you spending your Australia Day "

As for mocking someone that Jerry looks up to, it was a joke, unlike
His ( at times ) vicious attacks on a number of people , mainly ones who disagreed with him,
you don't have to read many past posts to see what I mean.

You try to associate me with all these labels that are not true like a drunken yobbo rolling out of a pub(just cause I show a great pride in Australia and the anzacs etc) and its you who managed to make an anti american statement just cause I spoke about a great american and its you that manages to mock the term "team Australia"and throw the term into a pot of negativity.

I do not associate the term "TEAM AUSTRALIA" with a political group I associate it with the great work of the Anzacs and the anzac pride that has helped this nation prosper for 100 years on the sporting field and all other facets of life.Theres a reason we are the lucky country and its due to the values that have been installed by these great anzacs of mateship and sticking together thru thick and thin and thru giving a fair go to all.

Sadly these days though there is a select few who wish to "HIJACK" our fair go motto and our way of life and the values that the anzacs(100 years ago this year in fact fought so valiantly for) and instill their own way of life which includes beheadings for crimes.I for one do not prescribe this as a suitable way of life.

Team Australia to me means when Asked are you a proud Australian?Yes.Bloody oath.not Yes but …...... then coming on this page and writing 4 paragraphs of every little negative thing you can try and associate with Australia and then trying to attach it to me(cause you and I disagreed over robbie farah 6 months ago)its petty, its racist and it is the last thing that should be written on a thread titled Aussie Aussie Aussie OI OI OI.AUSTRALIA YOU ARE EITHER WITH US OR AGAINST US.By being with us it means you have so muchhhhhh freedom to do as you wish.So stop the crap with you must ride a surfboard or be a drunken yobbo to be part of team Australia.Modern TEAM AUSTRALIA has over 200 nationalities living in harmony so I would suggest its not the unAustralian tag that would get wrapped around your neck rather one of selfish clown if all your gonna do with the best country on earth is continually mock it.

As the thread title reads Aussie Aussie Aussie OI OI OI......You and nobody else is gonna stop me saying it either (even though to answer the original OP yes it is probably a little outdated LOL).

Before that it was never heard of.
But if that rings your bell , then go for it, couldn't care less.
If you don't bother to actually read my post then don't reply to it. But I'll just answer a few of your points that you obviously didn't read.
1\. Being a proud australian as you say you are doesn't mean your way is the only way to do that, i really don't care how you do it . But get off the assumption that your way is better than anyone else's, or the only way.
2\. I at No stage referred to you as a drunken yobbo rolling out of a pub,how would I know what you do in your spare time.
3 I at no stage said you shouldn't chant oi, oi,oi.
Once again , I couldn't care what you go around chanting.but don't tell me that it is an necessary part of being an Australian
Actually I agree with one of your comments that it's outdated. That is exactly my point as well.
4 I at no time mocked Australia
5 I may well be a selfish but you wouldn't have a clue whether I am or not,
6 I don't ride a surfboard( wish I did)
7 I do not support or condone beheadings just in case you need to know
8 I don't need your team Australia to be a proud Australian and don't care if you do .
9 I did Not write 4 negative paragraphs or any negative paragraphs about Australia( not sure where you got that one from)
10\. I did NOT say any anti American comment , it was purely a joke( you know what they are)
And was about one particular American who has had millions of his own countrymen make plenty of jokes about him, however if that hurts your sensitivities , then I humbly apologise for implying he was Superman.
11\. I did not even mention Robbie Farah and Dont understand why you felt that it was relevant.

Thats 1O out 11 points that you have just attributed to me , which are not factual and are completely misleading

it would be a good idea , before you accuse someone To get the facts right before you go off on a tangent. We may even have more in common thank you think
