Joe often have a go's been really disappointing the last 5 or 6 weeks.
It seems like after the excitement of joining a new club wore off he's gone back to being the Mr. Mediocre he was at the Broncos.

While it wasn’t the original plan for him tonight we frequently put him in the back row.
This despite identifying before we had signed him that to be at his best he needed to be in the middle and not on an edge.

In defense a huge liability....no good making metres and doing the hard yards just to let opposition players palm you off or out play you and score points through you...

In attack he is great.

In defence he gets caught out badly and struggles to slide with any pace. Causes overlaps that place pressure on the defenders outside him, who get crucified by supportes.

He was sensational first few months of 2020.

And faded badly.

This year he has been solid in attack...not as good...and his D is even worse.

He is clearly a 25 - rest - last 20 player.

Madge is too stubborn to admit he has got it wrong though.

Ran 133 metres against Souths with 5 tackle breaks. 113 metres against Storm. 160 metres against eels

The bloke is an attacking weapon against anyone. Whether he's on the bench or not, reduce his bloody minutes while the rules are how they are. Think it's one of the reasons he looked better last year compared to this one

I reckon he is awesome but he isn't a good defender.

Luciano is a beast. Very simply he needs to play less minutes. Issue is we have no players of quality to replace him.

I hope Madge uses the injuries to being Blore back in and Tuilagi. Mbye out and Simpkin in.

Luch is a major issue for us. He can’t play 80mins and he doesn’t hold his position in defense. He comes infield more often than he should and gets found out quickly. He also stands back rather than come forward when defending which then creates a problem with AD and the center due to how much space is left for them to cover.
