Club Statement - Tedesco and Woods

Sound decision West Tigers. My thoughts is that this has been very well handled by the Tigers and I.C in the last few days. Sets the stage for what is required in the future. The matter had to come to a head and we can't have 2 players (or more likely that goose manager Moses) dictating to the club. My advice to other members is hold solid and we will be a better club and side for this experience. There will be light at the end of the tunnel and personally I am disappointed that Tedesco in particular has moved on, but after 3 beers I will also be over him.

So proud of the club.
We withdrew the Moses offer, that worm of a manager of his painted it like it was his choice all along to leave. Nope. You sooked, asked for a release, got knocked back so go do your job you cretin.
We give the other two a deadline and suddenly we see pics of Woods dining with the dogs, and stories that they were both gone weeks, no, months ago! Sure Isaac, sure bud. Eventually all clubs will treat you like our's has. You're commission will fall rapidly if you're star players allow you to drag their name through the mud.
This is the single best thing our club has ever done, they've ended the circus. I'm predicting massive sob stories from both players about how they needed more time and how disappointed they are that the club didn't want them. Every bit of "news" now is no longer a WT issue.

When Wests Tigers met with Aaron Woods and James Tedesco’s Manager on Tuesday a deadline of 5pm Friday was set to secure certainty for the club.
That deadline has now passed and Wests Tigers is yet to receive any official confirmation from the pair’s manager.
As a result Wests Tigers has removed the current long-term contract offers that were with their Management.
Wests Tigers are proud of everything Aaron and James have achieved and will continue to achieve throughout the season at this club.
