Firstly, i never stated my position on vaccinating? You only assumed, the same as you assume Dr Malone is a conspiricy theorist and is anti-vax, and this is despite you knowing that Dr Malone invented the mRNA vaccine, so it's mindless to say that Dr Malone is anti-vax because he spent most of his life working with vaccines (the vaccines that you are so fanatic about now were created by Dr R Malone) this would be like some religious people saying to their creator (God) we know you created us but we know better than you now and we don't recognize you anymore.

But anyhow after seeing the abuse that was hurled at me during yesterdays discussion i then requested the Mods to engage and help to stop the abuse i was receiving.

I said in the dollowing post,
Hey all Mods, i asked before, and i’m expecting an answer from you please.
This guy, @Trusted_Insider has clearly been not only abbusive but also relentless.
What the hell is going on here?
Has this guy been issued a special license to be abbusive at anyone at will?
For heavens sake can’t you see the relentless abuse?

@willow replied
"He wasn’t abusive"

Mate, did you actually write this reply, or did it come from another planet?

So if i call you stupid or
repeatedly laugh at you for being called stupid are you saying you won't be offended?

What the hell are you talking about?

I haven't seen a post where @Trusted_Insider called you stupid.

What about repeatedly posting and laughing for being called stupid?

Is laughing a crime now?

It's BS eh? ?

How do you "know" he invented mRNA vaccines? Because he said so? He has also said that he did **not** invent mRNA vaccines but rather the "vaccine delivery platform". In this day and age you should be wary of people claiming to be "the" inventor of something like that. Such discoveries or inventions are almost always made as part of a collaborative approach.
He is one person in a sea of scientific opinion and he appears to be a self-promoter. I do not see any reason to place stock in what he says.

Numbers are down two days in a row.... Something a bit positive hopefully the trend continues

The concerning number is the (minimum) 50 cases who were infectious out and about in the community, could be many more weeks of frustration for you guys.

Meanwhile QLD not wanting to be left out had 16 new cases tied to the latest outbreak.

That's the annoying number which is not going down and will extend this damn lockdown out further. I'm just hopeful the general public are smart enough to get the jab and help protect themselves from the effect of COVID if they do contract it. A friend of mine in the US just got out of hospital after spending two months in there bed ridden from COVID. He's knackered after walking out to his mail box right now.

Vaccination is really only our way out atm.

Enough of the petty squabbling, from both sides. Time to let this go.

@cochise i think you would have seen the evidence again, this is the one team of the same friends jumping in and altogether attacking the one person, relentlessly, mercilessly, and without any shame and this is despite me always trying be respecful and not using any bad language.

Just asking the question, where do you actually stand on Covid vaccinations?

I am happy for discussion about covid to continue, any posts squabbling outside of that will be deleted.

Sorry, one other thing is that it makes it bloody hard to focus and concentrate on your thoughts when i feel like that this team of friends are just waiting and going attack altogether again, which makes me feel very reluctant to make a post.

Maybe reconsider some of the stuff you post in here - have you considered that?

Yep. It's the only way out of it for the whole world and we aren't unique.

There is no group of friends attacking you, rather individuals that often disagree and not infrequently vehemently with each other.

I literally laughed when I read your reply to Earl as well and watched along as you complained because someone stated the obvious regarding that post.

I normally wouldn't be writing this, instead moving on, but as this charade continued, there comes a point where one has to wear the shoes that fit.

You'll get there with the lockdown but it's going to take some time and more frustration. Even as an outsider the 'big' Victorian lockdown of 2020 (113 days IIRC?) was like watching the slowest of slow motion car crashes. Any change in input (lockdown conditions) will take a good two weeks to see a change.

The 'positive' aspect for NSW is at least the case numbers haven't spiked from 200+ to 500+ to 1000+ cases per day. You might get out of this by September yet.

(Fingers crossed for you all).

You are posting information that goes against general consensus, you have to expect some pushback on the information you post. I have asked for the squabbling to stop and at this point you are the only person keeping this going. I am the sick of the "he said this" childish response to be people disagreeing with your argument.

The information you posted wasn't factual and you have been told that by a number of people, in fact I thought most people were fairly restrained in their replies. Your responses are why it is still derailing the thread 24 hours later and it is time for that to stop.

I don't think we have enough compliance to drive the numbers back down. I think we can keep the numbers relatively flat but worry about our ability to push them down.
